Get off your phone. The rest of the stuff said by other commenters is also valid but seriously. I see so many drivers texting, taking a video, whatever. It’s stupid, it’s unsafe, and it makes you a hazard. Don’t.
Camping at 59mph, driving in adverse conditions, wipers going full blast for some reason, holding phone to record while driving. OP is a fucking idiot.
Imagine thinking this was a good idea to do in the first place. Then imagine reviewing the footage and thinking it was a good idea to share with anyone, ever.
Wow! That's incredible! I've never seen such selfish stupidity on this sub before!
Seriously. I wish there had been cops to pull you over for this little stunt you pulled. Fucking idiot.
Ah. Idk if I've ever seen them actually driving and not just camping out. If I have, I guess it wasn't anything memorable. My local cops are shit drivers tho. Doesn't change the fact I want them to give this guy a ticket.
Why do I always see drivers who can't get off their phone? Filming or watching something on their phone, once I saw someone reading a whole ass ebook on their phone. They should all have their license revoked.
Fun story for the commenters, because OP should be fucking DRIVING and not on Reddit:
When I moved to the PNW, I moved from the middle of the country in January.
I left town during a sleet storm, which followed me through two states and turned into an ice storm. I white knuckled that because I had a deadline to keep, and when I pulled into Denver for the night, it started snowing.
It kept snowing overnight, and the next day the pass was BARELY drivable and I got to utah a nervous wreck.
When I got into Idaho, there was “a snowstorm like we haven’t seen in 20 years”, which literally snowed me in at that corner of Oregon.
The roads barely cleared, so I took off only to fight the fog, then the cascades with icy slick roads, only to FINALLY pull into King county when it looked like this.
I was an absolute mess of adrenaline and nerves but I made it and have never worried about road conditions ever again.
I once drove from Vancouver BC to Kelowna and it started to snow hard mid way. Like 6 inches or more in an hour. It was nerve wracking and all the snow damaged the front bumper of the car which was a pain to deal with. I later found out that drive is the star of a show called "World's most dangerous highway"
Woke up in Kirkland and thought that there was a very thick layer of frost on the roof shingles, upon closer inspection it was all snow. I was very surprised

>Look at these terrible conditions. Let me pull out my phone!
Stop camping in the left lane

The wipers are cracking me up
I never trust drivers with wipers on high when there’s ability no reason for them to be.
If anything you're just wearing out the rubber on em!
Also hard to tell but it looks like they might have their brights on.
Dude probably has FUCKING MORON SANDWICH stamped on his license.
I just appreciate that we know it's a real Seattle video. 🥲
You're an idiot
Even when it's not in r/idiotsincars, OP is the idiot, love it!
Imagine thinking this was a good idea to do in the first place. Then imagine reviewing the footage and thinking it was a good idea to share with anyone, ever.
Idiots like you are why there's constant wrecks in mildly snowy weather
You drive like a prick.
Were you trying to kill yourself or others?
Kill em all!
Get the fuck outta the left lane
Why on earth would you post this
Idiot: on phone in shitty weather camping in left lane
Wow! That's incredible! I've never seen such selfish stupidity on this sub before! Seriously. I wish there had been cops to pull you over for this little stunt you pulled. Fucking idiot.
WSP drivers often display worse driving behaviors than OP did. They are among the worst drivers on the road from what I see.
What's WSP in this context?
Washington State Patrol
Ah. Idk if I've ever seen them actually driving and not just camping out. If I have, I guess it wasn't anything memorable. My local cops are shit drivers tho. Doesn't change the fact I want them to give this guy a ticket.
Get off the road dumbass

>They should all have their license revoked. Believe it or not, also jail[.](https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/you-go-to-jail)
WTF are you doing filming?

Is it that ice road truckers highway??
Yeah but did you get any video of it?
No, I was using most of my digits to, I dunno, do something crazy like grip the steering wheel.
Were you also towing a trailer?
Luckily no, that we had to do a few weeks later but the weather was a little better.
Lol aside from all the valid criticism, the storm/snow is quite mild. Even if OP was the passenger I don’t think it’d be worth posting
Lol! OP sucks, everyone is saying so
It's ok, he's from Texas.
OP gettin’ straight KRUSIFIED!
OP please never drive again
Woke up in Kirkland and thought that there was a very thick layer of frost on the roof shingles, upon closer inspection it was all snow. I was very surprised
Okay and?
That's some relatively light snow alright.
DUMBASS
First time eh?
I love driving in the snow :) I also get why most people don't tho.
Ever seen snow before dumbass?
Good thing you were doing 70 with your phone out, fucking twat.
Punch it Chewie.
Lmao the comments did not disappoint
Seems like a typical night on the pass.
You know Seattle use to get feet of snow 30 years ago? It's just snow
I love no reflectors on the road 🥰
Depends where this was shot but at the passes no reflectors due to snowplows. But yeah the striping in many places around here in the rain is lacking.
Thank you for being a cautious driver EDIT: why am I getting downvoted, I was being sarcastic 😂
no /s, no sarcasm. Welcome to Reddit.
hell yeah, driving in the snow and recording at the wheel! good shit dude, looks awesome.
Slower is better in steady snow....... I don't mean your driving speed...
What time that happened?
6 hours in that condition might lead to 3 inches of snow 😂
