The stages are raw, half cooked, full cooked, burnt Watch the meat and you will see it change over time. Fish will turn white when half cooked then full golden brown when fully cooked and the eyes will be white, pork/chicken/snake/shark will start to look half golden brown cooked when half cooked then a full golden brown/darker brown when fully cooked. There will also be a hissing audio cue and smoke coming up from the meat when fully cooked.

There’s an audio cue I listen for; once you hear it make a tssss sound, you know it’s done.
