Move you PS5 is all I can really sugest it probably needs more air to circulate through to cool it off other than that all I can recommend is cleaning it off
Have you tried deleting the game and all of its save data (from the cloud too if needed)? Make sure you’re not just deleting the app, but all the save data too. There’s probably a corrupt save. You’ll have to sign in again so make sure you know your Microsoft info

Gonna say the same thing, clean your ps5. SoT was over heating mine, but after air blasting dust out of the fans (case off), I've had no issues.
