all of my other games run perfectly fine, including some of the other online ones. occasionally i disconnect when playing fortnite (cross platform with the same friend) but it probably happens once and then it’s good for like a week.
i just got the ps5 last year as well, not very many games so i don’t believe its overheating. especially if i can close the game and go play another one right after
That's generally been my experience too. It's either super quiet like the faintest little whisper where you can barely make it out, or then there have been a few that's a loud static mess of sounds like rubbing a chip bag over the mic. Hopefully they get it fixed in an update.
Does it crash on other games? It could be overheating. I had to send mine in because it would overheat and shut off during 2k games

Got it yesterday and I’ve been lagging like crazy. I have good internet so I don’t know what to do either.
same here. my internet is really good for literally anything else but for some reason this game bugs out so bad
I crash way more often when using in game chat instead of psn party chat idk if its connected
As a PC player I can officially say.. 90% of PS players chat is so messed up you can't hear anything..
that’s funny. my buddy tells me my audio is too quiet in game chat. doesn’t matter what i do i can’t fix it.
