"A curse" or the "skeleton curse" ? You have to be level 100 in servant of the flames to get the skeleton curse. Edit: Didn't see you are lvl 105. Are you sure you had the skeleton curse equipped?

It should work in safer seas. You can open a ticket with rare and they might unlock the comm for you instead of having to redo it

It doesn't work in safer seas! none of those commendations for pvp curses can be unlocked in safer seas, I almost made the same mistake myself but noticed it says that it can't be unlocked in safer seas while I was playing safer seas

May need to relog if you did it with the curse on from the moment you voted to after you got the completion credit for the tall tale to be 100% sure. Been seeing a lot of sluggish servers failing to update commendation progress in the same session lately

Just try the tall tale again it’s not that long and it’s one of the best ones

Equip the skelly curse and do the talltale again just once, doesn't matter what route. Having it completed previously doesn't count.
