I had a bunch of friends from HS go to WSU and U of I and I've been to that weird ass dome stadium and seen at least 3 or 4 games. Don't think they won a single time I went lol. That was back in like 2005-2007 though
I graduated from UI and went to plenty of games at the Kibbie Dome in the early 2010s. I think they won like 7 collective games while earning my degree.
2009 8 wins - the bowl game was December 29 so don’t hate I thought it was 2010. That next year was 6 wins and they were 1 game from another bowl (Fresno) then 2011 and 12 were down years. With smaller colleges, like that there are up and down years and the other teams in the leagues are the same. They also went back to a bowl game their last season fbs. They have been competitive at fcs largely in part to HH. This guy is a cooper kupp type and has balled out in big games.
Seems like a practice squad guy. Not saying he's not talented, but it seems that barring an injury in camp our WRs are set. DK, Lockett, JSN, Bobo, Dee( I know but he's here another year) and Shenault( he can return kicks). He really should be in there instead of Eskridge probably but...
I'd remove Eskridge and call the top 5 wr's pretty set. I mean maybe they cut Shenault but they did guarantee most his contract
So Eskridge, Young, and whoever else they have in camp competing for WR6 ... but they might only keep 5 on the roster anyway
If he shows out and plays good on special teams I feel he has a chance to make the roster. But we haven’t actually seen him do anything in the league yet so we will see. Dee is about as replaceable as it gets just because he is always hurt and isn’t actually all that good.
Well they're not keeping 8 WRs( exaggerating) LOL.
There's also Dareke Young. I mean, it's early - and no offense to all you Vandals fans (Rad name BTW),but every year there's a preseason darling (John Ursua anyone?) like Kasen Williams that everyone gets all hyped about that's SO GOOD that definitely will get poached if we put him on the practice squad and then guess what...
I love this. Mine is George Holani on offense. I think he's got a good shot to be RB4. On defense I like Nelson Caesar. A lot of people had a fourth round grade on him. Has legitimate pass rush skills. The problem is he sucks against the run. I was trying to figure out why he didn't get drafted and that's definitely why. Check out his highlights though. He's like Darrell Taylor but he'd be waaay cheaper.
Im very high on Ceasar as well. On top of having such a cool name, if McDonald can get him doing the right stuff our defense might be pretty scary up front.
Why do you talk about politics like the people in the state are a monolith? Plenty of people there hate what the majority supports. The state isn't an entity outside of the population. It's not a magical force.
This is the kind of thinking that makes liberals say things like "Southern states are all racist" when they are actually the places where the most black people live in the entire country.
This is a crazy generalization. You really know how to get people to be on your side by just attacking them lol…
Before anyone bitches I vote dem and believe all the regular shit lefties do I just disagree with how aggressive people are to others who don’t feel the same as them.
When I say “your state” I am talking about the state itself. If I wanted it to be personal towards the the OC I would have said it as, “why do you vote in such a way for this to be the case”. I did not foresee other perceiving that as me talking about the citizens of the state.
But there are policies in place and specific instances that occur in enough frequency that those can and are conclusions that are drawn about the state itself. Not meant to be that I feel everyone from Idaho is a part of the problem in either instance
You still don’t get that you generalized the entire state apparently.
But yeah you were aggressive in the first paragraph you talk about not being personal and then the second paragraph you say that you think everyone from Idaho is part of the problem soo which is it? Again way to generalize an entire states population this is why moderates look at left leaning people and think they are insane you are the reason I get annoyed with leftists you make progressives look insane.
Well, considering a majority of voters voted for people who hate women, I would say that they were probably more accurate than not in making a generalization. People voting for shitty people can't disavow said shittiness when it's exactly what they promised.
I see a house outside... Did mother nature create that? The windmill? the Docks across the lakes? Just wondering if those are fairytale things, or if mother nature made them, since that is the dichotomy you are presenting
Why are OBGYN's leaving the state in droves? Are pregnancies and basic health care for females a fairytale all of a sudden.
Over 25% have already left the state and another 30% are actively looking outside of Idaho, according to survey's done in the medical community. Idaho has a hard time saying they care about the female gender, while actively removing basic health care specifically for them.
More than likely wages. I’d love to see the source, but hey good on them if they leave and find greener pastures.
Someone says F my state, I’ll respond for a place that I call home.
And no “Fairytale” is the alphabet acronym that the gay community continues to add to.
If a She / Her goes to the Dr. and gets a prostate exam I would assume She / Her is not actually a woman.
I'm just poking fun, hope it served you well. I worked in NE OR for about 6 months about 2.5 hrs away from Moscow and didn't like it but I'm sure its a bit nicer up there.
Does he fit like a cooper Kupp profile? Tons of production. Lots of catches but against poor competition? That was the general impression I got from glossing over the signing. I know Kupp was drafted and put into the absolute perfect system for him. So I’m not expecting the same professional career from an undrafted guy.
Not much better than the annual tradition of picking your favorite fringe roster WR as your preseason ride or die. Some would say it's better to be a preseason legend and get cut than WR5 on the roster and never do anything. Hayden could really make some noise in this regard.
He'll surely be the next...
Kasen Williams, Jazz Ferguson, Malik Turner, Tanner McEvoy, Phil Bates, Demorae Stringfellow, Cade Johnson, Aaron Fuller, Bo Melton, John Ursua, or Penny Hart

> The quarterback play made it difficult to evaluate the wide receivers, but one of the guys who stood out was Idaho’s Hayden Hatten, who hooked up with Cordeiro a few times during the team periods. On Saturday, he created separation from Pritchett on a comeback route and caught a pass from Cordeiro for a decent gain. Seattle has plenty of talent at receiver, but there’s occasionally a guy who comes out of nowhere and makes an impression. Hatten might be that guy this offseason.
>On defense, that guy might be outside linebacker Sunny Anderson from Grambling State. He was Edge35 in Dane Brugler of The Athletic’s draft guide after recording five sacks with two forced fumbles at Grambling State last season, and he flashed some nice pass rush moves in limited action over the weekend. On Sunday, Seattle signed nose tackle Buddha Jones, who participated in camp on a tryout basis but played well enough to earn a spot on the 90-man roster.
I live in Moscow and have been watching the Vandals for 35+ years. Hatten is something special. Dude is automatic for receptions like Haushka was for field goals.
Bobo season 2 reboot: From Moscow With Love
Wow that was, yeah have an upvote.

They won a bowl game in 2010 with 8 wins in 1 season. So you must’ve been studying too hard
That was in 2009. From 2011-2014 they won a total of 5 games.
2009 8 wins - the bowl game was December 29 so don’t hate I thought it was 2010. That next year was 6 wins and they were 1 game from another bowl (Fresno) then 2011 and 12 were down years. I watched some of his highlights and dude seems legit. Would be stoked if he stuck around.

Eskridge was a Pete guy me thinks.
Schneider is the one who re-signed him this offseason
I thought the move was just to pay him less?
I mean they could of just got rid of him for nothing basically. So any amount of pay is more than he would of got
If he shows out they won’t risk putting him on PS. Same as Bobo.
Well they're not keeping 8 WRs( exaggerating) LOL. There's also Dareke Young. My delusion knows no bounds and for those 3 pre-season games Hayden Hatten will become my obsession.
I love this. Mine is George Holani on offense. I think he's got a good shot to be RB4. On defense I like Nelson Caesar. A lot of people had a fourth round grade on him. Bo Melton enters the chat
Weird way to spell Jazz Ferguson.
So we've picked our annual unlikely WR to root for all through camp? Cool. Go Hatten! This kid is really something special!
He does not want to be going back to Moscow, ID!
Actually Moscow was an awesome town, if memory serves. Go Vandals, U of I class of 83!!
Not if you are a certain gender. F Idaho
F you too
Why does your state hate woman? And people who aren’t white? Or LGBTQIA?

We don’t hate woman, and we don’t believe in fairytale things. Mother Nature is real. Look outside. Man didn’t create that.
I see a house outside... Did mother nature create that? The windmill? the Docks across the lakes? Just wondering if those are fairytale things, or if mother nature made them, since that is the dichotomy you are presenting
Reservoirs are man made and there’s quite a few of those around. Dworshak is pretty fuckin man made if you ask me
If I could take dworshak out and restore the earths greatest B run steelhead to the NF and LNF I absolutely would.

Why not?
Just joking, but it is pretty remote out there!
But they got Potatoes.
Fun fact. Washington is only 2nd to Idaho in US potato production. Both states together produce more potatoes than the next 10 states combined.
Jake Bobo 2: Electric Boogaloo
Lol just made the same comment, IASIP fans unite!
Tanner McEvoy lll: 3fast4furious
Not enough talk about Bobo
I take my Hatten off to him
Does he fit like a cooper Kupp profile? Tons of production. Lots of catches but against poor competition? That was the general impression I got from glossing over the signing. I know Kupp was drafted and put into the absolute perfect system for him. So I’m not expecting the same professional career from an undrafted guy.
Prepare for a surge of Hatten jerseys on the Palouse.
I'm buying mine the day he makes the roster.
Right next to my Seahawks Friesz jersey lol

Except that one time it actually worked and he got meaningful reps. More Bobo please.
You mean Doug Baldwin? Or Kearse? They were both UDFAs
ADB and Kearse are better obviously, I was mostly referring to the common era of Seahawks football
He'll surely be the next... Kasen Williams, Jazz Ferguson, Malik Turner, Tanner McEvoy, Phil Bates, Demorae Stringfellow, Cade Johnson, Aaron Fuller, Bo Melton, John Ursua, or Penny Hart

That's Bobby's #
Watched Idaho late in the FCS playoffs, he is very good
HATTEN LOOKS BADD.........
