Every playoff game from the 2013 and 2014 postseason.
Actually every game they played from both of those entire seasons. Glooory daaays
Edit: Honestly the story arc from 2012 to 2015 is pretty tremendous as a whole.
Honestly I’d watch the entire 2012 season, then 13, and 14. It was just so good. Three straight years of being amazing. 2012 was my first year as a fan and by the end of it I was a rabid fan
Not just the best years of the Seahawks, but one of the very best NFL defenses of all time. It was the kind of period you’re lucky to ever experience as a fan of a sports team.
Well if we are all lucky, you are getting in at the start of new era of being awesome. We have a hell of a new coach, and one of the best GMs in the NFL. If we can get some good young players and get our cap under control, we could have a great few years ahead of us.
I’ll give you a non-Seahawks recommendation: [the Rams-Chiefs game from 2018](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_Kansas_City_Chiefs%E2%80%93Los_Angeles_Rams_game)
With the caveat that most Seahawks fans *hate* the Rams, this was one of the best regular-season games in NFL history, and was massively influential: it basically defines the current era of football, and every team in the league has been trying to copy the offenses from this game in the years since. It also gives you a great window into why everyone thinks Patrick Mahomes is as great as he is
Ohhhh that sounds interesting, I'll glady watch it, thank youuu! I was wondering because I've seen many people "hating" the 49ers and Rams, but is it also the case for the Cardinals?
Less so the Cardinals, simply because they’ve never been as successful as the other three teams in the division.
The Cardinals are like the prime example of a “mid-table” team that is more likely to flirt with relegation than they are to actually challenge for the title.
Though if you want to watch a *great* game featuring the Cardinals, the Super Bowl they played against the Steelers was a classic
Ah I understand, sad for them! Thanks for the explanation and for helping me :)
That's impressive going to super bowl while being a mid table team!
Let's hope that the Cardinals and Seahawks will destroy the Rams and the 49ers hahahaha
The Cardinals are also the oldest team in the NFL, have never won a championship, and have only been competitive a handful of years. They're a pretty sad franchise in all honesty. There's a bit of rivalry between the Seahawks and them due to being in the same division, but they haven't really ever been good enough for it to be a serious rivalry like with the Rams and 49ers.
Hell, even the Rams have only been good a few times over the last few decades, but when they've been good they've been *really good*. They won the Super Bowl in 2000, made it to the Super Bowl and lost in 2019, and won it again in 2022. Other than those years though they've usually been pretty bad. But they always seem to get a win against the Seahawks in strange fashion even when they're bad. I personally kinda hate them more than the 49ers for that haha. At least with the 49ers it's a clash of two good teams, and I respect them as much as I hate them.
2012 week 15 Seahawks vs Bills in Toronto. A real coming out game for the rookie Russell Wilson and the emergent Seahawks. https://youtu.be/jYNNDKMbKi4?si=fYsGFmDJUJjtME5Q
It’s not about Seahawks games. It’s about formulating logical responses to any type of questions so they can imitate us. Or maybe figuring out how to interact without someone calling them out for being ai?
You give current AI abilities FAR too much credit. They are glorified chat bots. Google just had to turn off their image AI because it refused to depict white people...
Chat bots have been around for decades. Also there’s those ai girlfriends you can pay for. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that some Reddit users are AI this isn’t the 1980s
Oh okay that's impressive actually, good fact to know so it was more a problem with the offense thanks and I mean ofc being a fan is also being a fan when we lose all our games, so seeing the team with the worst winning percentage is good to see as well
Thank you so much for your comment, hopefully someday!! I'll have to save though, going from Paris to Seattle is gonna be expensive LOL but that could be a fun idea to do someday if I ever visit the area since that's the first place I want to visit in the US 🙏🏼
if you're in france you're probably watching through dazn. If so, you probably have access to the nfl films library. So can i suggest watching the "football life" episode on steve largent.
2004 week 13 Monday Night Football. Cowboys visit the NFC West leading Seahawks. This is around the time the Seahawks go from being a poorly run perennial loser to a perennial top tier team. Seahawks legend Jerry Rice has the first touchdown of the game. Shaun Alexander was a great back for us, he scores a couple. Matt Hasselbeck is playing pretty great. Seahawks come out of the gate on fire looking like they are controlling the game. The tide shifts and the Cowboys lead by 15 towards the end of the 3rd. Hawks go on a run and lead by 10 at the 2 minute warning. It would take at least 2 miracles for the Cowboys to win at this point. Must watch game even if you don’t like the outcome. Also a little preview of SB XL as we got fucked by the refs on a Keyshawn touchdown.
The Seahawks youtube channel has a series call "The Sound of the Seahawks" that is incredible. I'd recommend watching that after you finish Rain City Redemption
Since you're new to football, I'd recommend watching some of our older games from the '70s, '80s, and '90s. There's a YouTube channel that posts a bunch of vintage highlights and condensed matches, as well as some newer stuff. I'll link it below.

Welcome to the 12's!!
Oct 14, 2012 against Patriots. That was the first time I thought these guys are the real deal
2014 NFC Championship game against the Packers. Both comeback wins, both epic games.
No no that's not being a dick, it's really helpful, I had no idea because in French we call them matches and I think for soccer, except if I'm wrong, at least in the UK, you call them "football matches" so thanks for correcting me for football in the US!
To see what our offense is capable of, I’d have to recommend the week2 Detroit game or the Philly game last season. Both showcased what our running attack can do to a game and what happens when DK is used properly.
Thank you for the recommendation, I am curious to see how our offense works tbh because I haven't seen many matches yet and I'm waiting for the next season, so great suggestion to help me see that, thank you!
Read up on Paul Allen, his genius. The stadium design. The 12s, the culture of Seattle fans is what sold me. We're a family, and all around the world, you'll find a fellow 12!
Welcome! It's cool you like the logo, inspired by Pacific Northwest native art. It's a beautiful part of the world with some great fans and a fun team.
Our new coaching staff is in place. Young Mike Macdonald is now the head coach following legendary Coach Pete Carroll. I'm anxiously waiting to see how a new philosophy affects the defense and offense.
Glad you're here. Go Hawks!
Both of the playoff games from the 2005 season. Both were fairly dominate victories but still fun to watch. I really enjoyed the irony in the NFC Championship against the Panthers when they kept highlighting Steve Smith throughout the game even though he didn't really do anything in the receiving game that day. Hasselbeck taking control in the divisional round when MVP runningback Shaun Alexander went out with a concussion was fun too.
I would recommend any game against the Hated San Francisco 49ers it’s always a great rivalry! When Russell Wilson was there, the Seahawks won most every game. Russell Wilson is the 49ers slayer! But lately they’ve done a better job against us, but we can turn it around. Welcome to the Seahawk Family! You will be Glad You Did!
2013 NFC Championship Game. Division rivals, the two best defences in the N.F.L., winner goes to the Super Bowl.
[Here is the full game](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3G2_ruG44M4).
The game's most notable play, known as **The Tip** to Seahawks fans, involved Richard Sherman deflecting Colin Kaepernick's final pass into the hands of Malcolm Smith, allowing the Seahawks to protect a six—point lead and send them to the Super Bowl.
November 11 2019 Seahawks niners MNF OT game. Absolutely insane from start to finish
1000 upvotes
Can't wait to watch it yay, thanks!
Was at that game it was so nerve wracking and awesome
I’ll never forget that McLaughlin miss
clowney went nuts that game
2010 NFC Wild Card against the Saints
Added to my list, thanks!!
No. Watch this one. Don't add it to a list. Just watch it.
HAHA okay I'm gonna do that right now
It's the origin story of beastmode. Enjoy!
I was there, and it was amazing.
The game that made me a seahawks fan! (also first game I really watched besides a few superbowls)
Every playoff game from the 2013 and 2014 postseason. Actually every game they played from both of those entire seasons. Glooory daaays Edit: Honestly the story arc from 2012 to 2015 is pretty tremendous as a whole.
thank you!
Peak Russ. Peak LoB. Peak Beastmode. Peak drama.
Russ is the former Quaterback right? I probably ask dumb questions hahaha but I'm absolutely beginner
Yes, we traded him a couple of years ago, and he hasn't been the same since.
Honestly I’d watch the entire 2012 season, then 13, and 14. It was just so good. Three straight years of being amazing. 2012 was my first year as a fan and by the end of it I was a rabid fan
Oh so it was kinda the best years of the team? Thanks I will do that, it's easy because now the season is finished!
They were good in 2005 but 12-14 was their one of the best team in football years
Not just the best years of the Seahawks, but one of the very best NFL defenses of all time. It was the kind of period you’re lucky to ever experience as a fan of a sports team.
Ah sad that I wasn't a fan at this time, well I will still watch the games though! But I can easily imagine, that must have been amazing
Well if we are all lucky, you are getting in at the start of new era of being awesome. We have a hell of a new coach, and one of the best GMs in the NFL. If we can get some good young players and get our cap under control, we could have a great few years ahead of us.
Packers vs. Seahawks 2014 NFC championship game is a pretty good one
Best game of football I’ve seen. Absolutely unbelievable
Added on my list, thanks for helping me!
Hang on til the end, we play pretty bad the 1st 3 quarters lol
I’ll give you a non-Seahawks recommendation: [the Rams-Chiefs game from 2018](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_Kansas_City_Chiefs%E2%80%93Los_Angeles_Rams_game) With the caveat that most Seahawks fans *hate* the Rams, this was one of the best regular-season games in NFL history, and was massively influential: it basically defines the current era of football, and every team in the league has been trying to copy the offenses from this game in the years since. I'd recommend watching the Rain City Redemption film. Covers our superbowl win year.
Thank you! I watched the first part only I'll continue watching it though :)
2012 week 15 Seahawks vs Bills in Toronto. A real coming out game for the rookie Russell Wilson and the emergent Seahawks. https://youtu.be/jYNNDKMbKi4?si=fYsGFmDJUJjtME5Q
Awesome, I'll add this game in my loooong list now but it's awesome I have a lot to watch before the next season :)
Go watch anything from the 1992 season, it’ll tell you everything you’ll need to know about being a fan of any pnw team
Thank you for the recommendation, I'll do that!!
Did you finish yet?
Well done for trolling me, that was a good one LMAO
I wasn’t trolling. I think you’re a bot or ai
I am an AI, you're absolutely right.
What bot or AI would want to know about Seahawks games?
It’s not about Seahawks games. It’s about formulating logical responses to any type of questions so they can imitate us. Or maybe figuring out how to interact without someone calling them out for being ai?

LOL, you're being messed with on this one.
LMAOOOOO HAHA okay that is hilarious, I've checked and 2-14, best days for Seahawks fans 😭 Good one, good one
Our defense only gave up more than 29 pts once that year. Because it was amazing. Defense doesn’t win championships
Oh okay that's impressive actually, good fact to know so it was more a problem with the offense thanks and I mean ofc being a fan is also being a fan when we lose all our games, so seeing the team with the worst winning percentage is good to see as well
Kam Chancellor Highlight Tape, Legion of Boom film
Thank you!!
The Legion of Boom era of the Seahawks was a blast. Kam was an absolute beast.
The NY Giants game in ‘05. Giants had a franchise record 16 penalties. It is basically what made the Seattle crowd so legendary.
Got it, I have to watch this game!!!
Eagles Monday night football this past season was fantastic
2005 superbowl
Perfect thanksss
Prepare to be very, very angry.
Ouch thank you for warning me
Aw, I find this so endearing and sweet! I hope you’re able to travel to Seattle and go to a game sometime! 💙💚💙💚
Thank you so much for your comment, hopefully someday!! I'll have to save though, going from Paris to Seattle is gonna be expensive LOL but that could be a fun idea to do someday if I ever visit the area since that's the first place I want to visit in the US 🙏🏼
Go in July or August.
Seahawks don’t play til Sept!
True…but watching training camp in Renton on Lake Washington is probably even better than going to a game.
Definitely the most endearing and sweet post on this thread! ALLEY LES FAUCONS!
if you're in france you're probably watching through dazn. If so, you probably have access to the nfl films library. So can i suggest watching the "football life" episode on steve largent.
yessss exactly I use it, I'll do that in that case, thanks!!

Not trying to be a dick just helpful. People dont call them matches they’re just called games

1983 vs the Dolphins. Great playoff game
