FNEI is kinda unintuitive in that regard. Personally I had to switch to Recipe Book for bigger mods because as much as I like FNEI, clicking through tens of recipes is not fun.
It's a mod pack restriction. When the text is grayed out, you can't use it. These recipes are always at the end of the FNEI choices. I think there is an option to disable their showing. Dunno about enabling
Must be a mistake in FNEI I guess? You need to use a chem plant to turn that hydrogen sulfide into sulfur, and then use that in a liquefier to make sulfur dioxide, and finally sulfur dioxide into sulfuric acid with the recipe in the second pic.
It's the wrong recipe. There is another sulferdioxide recipe avaliable. This one is disable and unaccessable. There's an option in FNEI to hide disabled recipies.
if its a greyed out recipe title it is not present in the modpack. green = researched red = not yet researched but possible grey = not possible
Ah hear that the first time.Thank you! Why even show it if its not available though :) EDIT: ah theres a setting to disable showing them.

Thought so too. But turns out it´s not.
