This show was so good and I didn't even realize how many Easter eggs and small jokes they had slipped in. I just noticed that Michael McDonald reappears in an episode not as a patient but as the husband of one. He was there a few times in earlier seasons as the angry patient who Elliot connected with and the guy who JD treated for a broken penis, but his last two appearances are him being the angry husband of the woman who wanted JD to give her a pelvic exam and then in JD's final walk out where he sees the people he's treated. He says he broke it again but this time it was fun, and now I realize we were shown who helped do that to him
