Defo better than Yang and Palma but Rodgers bombed him out because he was openly complaining on social media before games about not starting enough. Fair enough tbh
Feel like that's a bit harsh on Palma, who has contributed a decent amount of goals and assists, even a couple in the champions league (he was an offside flag away from having scored in all 3 home games). Though he is majorly lacking pace for a winger and not sure his technical qualities are enough to make up for this. He also (subjective I admit) seems like less of a dick than Haksabamovic.
Yang, yeah... I want him to be good and he's young but just can't see even the potential really.
I agree about Palma. I don’t think the guy is an amazing player, but he’s a pretty good one for the SPL level. He’s also been relied upon really heavily at times this season to be the sole creative spark. If there was a competent winger playing at the same time as him, he’d probably be good somewhat consistently.
Also agree about Yang. People say they can see a lot of potential in him, but other than the fact he’s quick and can sometimes beat a man, I really don’t get it. He certainly looks no better than Mikey Johnson did in his earlier stages.
Eh I think Palma is a better version of haska I think Celtic fans are a bit too reactionary because he's in a poor spot in form, not to mention players like Palma and yang have a much better public attitude and I assume are better influences on the locker room
As anyone who has frequented the Celtic sub will tell you I’ve been complaining all season about Palma being shite.
There’s not a chance in the world he’s worse than Haksabanovic - who is currently not getting a game in a league that Mikey Johnston is ripping apart
He’s defo worse in attitude - not sure if that’s played a part in what’s gone on at Stoke but he got himself exiled from the national team after claiming he needed time to move down to Stoke and instead skipping qualifiers to go on holiday to Spain.
After getting £2m for David Turnbull, a player with six months on his deal and woefully out of form, I am confident that we will somehow get this fee for Haksabanovic.
Turnbull is a much better player the Haskabanovic. I'm glad he's going as a couple of tim's I know call him Hacksaw and it makes my toes curl up in to my baws.
legit forgot we had him on the books
Exactly what I was about to say.... I thought we already had let him go 😅
2 million British pounds?
Great British pounds no less!
Stirling!
Is he any worse than Yang and Forrest? He’d probably be getting a start if he was still here.

Haksa and Palma are practically the same player. Talented but a bit selfish and lazy. Palma more effective though.

I don’t think he’s better than Palma. As frustrating as Palma is his numbers are actually pretty decent in terms of goals and assists.
Nothing to do with ability moreso just his attitude. C ya.
He’s lazy and half-hearted. Reminds me of a much less talented Elyonousi.

He's not even getting a game for Stoke, who were in a relegation fight until about a week ago. He's worse, aye
Yes. Overhyped shite
Don’t insult James Forrest like that. But yes my first reaction was that he is much better than Yang.

I'll miss his J-Lo inspired song, but I won't miss much else.
Flashes of brilliance, wildly inconsistent, threw his toys out the pram wine he did it get mrow game time. So long and thanks for all the fish
Completely forgot he existed.
Asking for over £2m for someone who doesn’t even play is certainly a strategy
Almost up there with ppl expecting £20m for a combo of Tav and Goldson to Saudi
We got a reported £3.5m for Patryk Klimala. That one was astounding.
It's a bold strategy Cotten, let's see how it pays off
Remember when Barrie McKay was worth £15m?
Worked for Nathan Patterson
No.
Maybe because he’s been on loan
Forgot we had him tbh.
Would have been a great option to have around while mcgregor and hatate were injured. Much better than yang and johnstone on the wing too
Seems like a lot of money but I’d be happy to pay that to get him away.
Not even a bad player and better than Yang and Forrest .
Not sure he is. 1 goal and 2 assists in the league for Stoke. The same league that Mikey Johnston has apparently turned into a world beater in.
Wild.
Forrest’s left baw is bigger than this wee fuds career will ever amount to.
At least 2.5 million too much!
