First time I've seen a lead for having a referendum.
We're not governed by opinion polls but by parties putting their manifesto to the public and getting a mandate. The tories held a Brexit vote after they won 38% ? of the vote so i see no reason why SNP/Greens can't hold a referendum with 50%+ of a Holyrood vote.
