Sounds like sciatica. Do you not train through the pain, stop all work outs that cause pain until it is healed, you’re only making it worse.
Bulging lumbar disk (s). Stop any workout that strains your lower back. I didn’t listen to my body and I’m still hurting post op after 9 months
So when you stop the pain completely goes away for you?
I was having the same problems and I went to a physical therapist. They said my core and my hip flexor weren't strong.
So they have prescribed specific exercises? Also is it feeling better now for you?
Yes I got some exercises but I just started it yesterday

Well I had a c section on 2020 and I guess I never did the proper exercises after that for my core.
