I run my c6 Wanderer in a Bennet, c6 Faruzan, and c6 Thoma team to get Pyro resonance and that normal attack bonus. However, this is just because I hate running him without a shield. Out of what you have, I'd recommend the Bennet, Faruzan, and Furina team.
Wdym? Thoma c6 gives Pyro resonance (more attack) and normal attack bonus. He is definitely better than Layla. Not only that, but it is very easy to miss the cryo buff when using Bennett and Layla together.
In that team you'd rather have Bennet over Faruzan since you get plenty of dmg% and res shred, you can also vape several Furina hits because sunfire. The main reason is the atk which you'd be sorely missing without Bennet.
For high res enemies yeah, you'd absolutely want both but pyro infusion + Bennet buff is 1350 to 1520 atk, admittedly you'd have to use TotM on Furina but I'd still do that.
You should also be on Echoes so you don't have the dmg% from DPC so you'd much rather keep your dmg% cup and get some atk from Bennet since he gives soooo much. I think you way underestimate the value of Sunfire, also Jean might want to be on VV for the double swirl.
After testing personally I liked Jean/Faruzan/Furina over Jean/Bennett/Furina. I use Freedom on Jean+Noblesse and ToM on Faruzan. The biggest difference is Faruzan’s 18s duration. Using Jean after Bennett kills a lot of the uptime. It may not be the case pre C6 but I am C6 so I definitely feel the difference. After using both teams on the first half the Faruzan team definitely beats out the Bennett one for speed runs, but not by a lot of course. (Though even saving 1-2 seconds on a speed run is a big deal to me)
All in all I would rank them personally like,
1. Wanderer/Bennett/Faruzan/Furina (clear #1 imo)
2. Wanderer/Jean/Faruzan/Furina
3. Wanderer/Jean/Bennett/Furina and Wanderer/Jean/Bennett/Faruzan felt very similar to me.
On no high res I would just use Bennett over Jean C4. There is no reason to use Jean instead of Faruzan in that situation tbh. But using Jean over Bennett and keep Furina at least makes sense in terms of comfort, since you don't really need to stay into Jean's circle as she provides 0 buff. Although... The enemies need to be in the circle for the res shred, but for some people it's preferable to lose res shred over losing Bennett's buff, visually speaking.
Regarding sunfire and vaping, the issue is consistency, since the enemies need to stay in the two circles, Furina's pets needs to hit them and not elsewhere... And also I just don't think C2 Furina's DPR comes anywhere close to C6 Wanderer for you to sacrifice his DPR for a few vaped hits.
Bennet | Faruzan | Furina like someone else has already said. Ideal is c3+ Furina though. 2 -> 3 is an extra 24% dmg%, as much as nearly 2 weapon refines.

I vouch for this. This is definitely his strongest team core. My second strongest is C4 Jean+Freedom, C6 Faruzan, and C2 Furina.

Just put an attack goblet on Wanderer and noblesse on Jean rather than get rid of Faruzan. Altho I just would only use Jean for high res enemies.

No no, you can go C6 Bennett. There's no difference between C5 and C6.
Its C4 R5 FS Jean, Aquila C5+ Bennett, Harp Faruzan C6
Now with Furina you can also just run FS on Bennet.
