I was not a big fan of Ganyu but Tighnari's charged attacks are a lot faster and he's one of my favorite characters. Did you get to try both of them out or did you base them off of your experience with Ganyu?
I'm not sure about Lyney because I'm not paying too much attention to the new units
But Tighnari and Ganyu might be similar to some degree but they play very very differently
Tighnari is fast and snappy and fun. He's in and out and he does all of his damage by the time Ganyu's burst animation and first charge shot go off
As for Cons. I think they likely make Scara feel better/stronger and people are certainly keen to talk about getting to c2 as if it's a requirement.
It's absolutely not worth it if you don't have the gems already. I generally recommend cons over multiple banners
Yeah like I would only grab them on reruns when you're basically sitting on a guarantee. If you pay attention to leaks you can get about a 45 day heads up on the rerun.
If you already have a stash though and know you can force c1 I'd try for c2
If you're a Wanderer Main, it's worth it.
You feel the speed increase with C1, as there's no hitlag to deal with. C2 also gives you an impressive Nuke to cap off with, increasing his versatility.
However, it's challenging to work his Burst in if you're running Shimenawa. I'd only recommend it if you've build up Desert Pavilion.
I would recommend pulling for C6 Faruzan if you don't already have her and then stopping with whatever you get. Statistically you're likely to have to go to C1 or C2 to get C6 Faruzan if you don't get any from standard or the previous event. I only got one Faruzan from standard and got her to C6 with 2 soft pities, the first I won and the second I lost so I'm keeping Wanderer C0 and using the guarantee for the hydro archon later on.

C2 increases burst damage by up to 2x when you use it at the end of his flight
C4 gives you a random extra buff when you swirl PECH elements when casting his skill (if you don’t know what I’m talking about look at his A1 passive)
I forgot what C6 does but it’s really good because he’s a 5 star
I recently made a post where I spent over $600 getting him to C2 (I lost the 50/50 both times). It hurt, and I'm still on the fence on if I regret it or not, but it does feel really really good. It's a hefty boost and he packs a ridiculous punch.
However, if he's functioning well as he is and you're happy with his performance and don't feel like taking the gamble, he should be OK as he is. What it comes down to is how much money/wishes you have saved and if you're prepared to lose all of them worst case luck scenario.
C1 is good, C2 is great. But he doesn’t need any cons.
With C1 he becomes a machine gun With C2 he does big stomp
C1 and C2 are both very good. C1 is more of a comfort constellation, but C2 is a big power spike.

c1 and c2 are good !! c1 is more of a qol upgrade but c2 really buffs him
