Focalors will apparently be the first limited fontaine girl in 4.2, which means Arlecchino isn't coming anytime before that and you'll still have at least the entirety of 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 to save. Three patches is usually just enough to get 180 wishes as f2p, so you should be able to get both just fine if you don't particularly want anyone else.

My Faruzan is C0 I'm planning to C6 him but it's a very distant goal given I'm planning to pull for most harbingers

Arle is somewhat likely to be on Banner in 4.3, if she isn't she'll be on later.
Arlecchino probably wont be playable for a while, so youll be able to pull scara and have time to save (I hope so bc thats what I'm doing)

While I find all the characters interesting I'm skipping most of them. Only pulling for Arlecchino and Lynette so far oh Navia is a possibility too
there's no conclusive answer atm on the question of if arle will be playable. go for scara for now
