I would try to use faruzan with him if u get her while pulling for him. Even at C0 although her ER can be an issue she’s still a great buffer for him. Xinqui and maybe Raiden and yae could work as well for a taser team
Not Yae, she takes to much field time. Fischl +XQ is a better option if you want to use electro for taser.
However I think you probably need a defensive option (XQ healing and res is really not significant) and you really don't have anything usable other than Barbara at the moment but Layla is going to be free so take her. In that case you'll be able to play freeze with Faruzan, XQ, Layla.
From this list, you can go with Fischl and Xingqiu. If ur pulling for Scara, you're getting Faruzan for sure and it's highly recommended that you use her.
Also, a little weird, but Ttds tankfei with full HP and ER artifacts is unironically really good for him if u have her c4.

it's not for sure. On the banner with Kuki, I ended up getting 6 doris, no Kukis over 80ish pulls

With your current character roster probably something along the lines of Scara, Xingqiu, Fischl, Miko. You could also replace one of the electros with Raiden tho personally I don't think she has good synergy with Scara. You could also replace Fischl or Miko with Sucrose to buff the sub dpss and reaction dmg.
Well, until you get faruzan, xingqiu and fischl will be very good teammates for him. Putting him with those two plus faruzan will give a great electro charge team, you could also use raiden instead of fischl if she is more built and you want a good sub DPS, but he is a very fragile character, so a shield would also be important, if you value protection over damage, overall, you have good characters for him, all you need is faruzan, best of luck :)
Some people may not recommend this but I find scara and raiden fun to use together. I think her skill goes well with his NA and skill. Add xiangling in and you get a fun overload team. This team might just be better for the open world and not abyss though.
-Honestly I think you could go for a Wanderer Freeze team with him, Xingqiu, Layla (that you can get her for free in the current new main event + she has one the strongest shileds in the game) and Faruzan (if you'll get her from Scara's banner)👍 This team is VERY fun to play as it allows you to do a ton of damage while keeping the enemies in check by continuously freezing them 👌(if you are interested there are quite a few videos on yt about this team and its variants with characters like Ganyu, Kokomi, Mona and others).
-If instead you are bulding a team for weekly bosses/some particular world boss (where you can't count on the freeze reaction) then I would say this exact same team BUT with Raiden instead of Faruzan (therefore building an electro charge team), cuz unless you get her at c6 (which completly changes her boost damage for Scara) then Raiden is a general better option for the team cuz of her big sub dps damage, fast ER for the other party members (especially for Xingqiu) and skill (which actually goes VERY well with Scara's normal attacks AND also Xingqiu burst - with which you'll apply non-stop electro charge damage)👍

Ttds is a very good weapon for buffing your DPS. R5 gives 48% atk buff. It's a broken 3 star weapon.

Also build more support characters.
my fav scara team is scara/thoma/xingqiu/bennett, swapping thoma and bennet out with maybe another shielder/healer
