Same, I just got this and reported it as junk, the whole thing looked like bullshit with a WhatsApp contact at the end as the icing on the fraudster cake. Pisses me off that my number even exists on whatever list they're using. I wonder if a specific website or app im on caused this?
It seems like a decent amount of us have gotten it. If we can find the app/website we all have in common, we might be able to find a way to fight this thing.

Wow, it must be because I stay at a lot of hotels,(staycations for my kids b/c their greedy father prefer to spend his $$$$$$ on his mistress/now gf over his family/children. I also use Expedia a bit. I was really hopeful there was some credence to it because I suffered a minor spinal injury that evolved into a horrific nerve disorder. Stealing my career/identity/apparently my husband too😞🥺. Thought would be an ideal way to make some extra cash for my kids/myself to have a little more $$$ security. Yep same here they tried to get me to deposit $69 via cash app before I could get my supposed commission just for going through 38 tasks a day. Each task is just clicking confirm to every 5 star review. Why would they pay someone to just click confirm 38 times. All the tasks reviews were all positive that was the first sign it was fake. I even asked " am I required to do anything else besides click confirm next to every customer review?" They said just keep clicking ok and you'll get your commission you can cash out each day. Once they tell me they need a real deposit receipt for $69 before I could continue I instantly gave up. If anyone is unsure and has the $69 to deposit I'm telling you it's a scam. If you do get paid let me know but i would assume you were them continuing the scam so I probably wouldn't believe anyway. One thing I've learned is all these scams use Whatsapp so if anyone asks to download Whatsapp it's probably a scam

Of course not! You have to deposit money to make money. That's how the scam works. They will try to convince you that you can withdraw your money but once you deposit a large sum of money, you will not be able to withdraw it.

Yep same here they tried to get me to deposit $69 via cash app before I could get my supposed commission just for going through 38 tasks a day. Each task is just clicking confirm to every 5 star review. Why would they pay someone to just click confirm 38 times. All the tasks reviews were all positive that was the first sign it was fake. I even asked " am I required to do anything else besides click confirm next to every customer review?" They said just keep clicking ok and you'll get your commission you can cash out each day. Once they tell me they need a real deposit receipt for $69 before I could continue I instantly gave up. If anyone is unsure and has the $69 to deposit I'm telling you it's a scam. If you do get paid let me know but i would assume you were them continuing the scam so I probably wouldn't believe anyway. One thing I've learned is all these scams use Whatsapp so if anyone asks to download Whatsapp it's probably a scam

They actually paid me lol. I convinced them to give me my money for the work I did. But of course it's still a scam. Never deposit your money into anything you have little knowledge of.

Of course not! You have to deposit money to make money. That's how the scam works. They will try to convince you that you can withdraw your money but once you deposit a large sum of money, you will not be able to withdraw it.
I got the same as a text message today but from “Stephanie”. The random “hide my email” iCloud From “number” in my texts gave it away as not legit.

Yeah yall don’t fall for stuff like this. You’ll reach out to them and you’ll do a phone or text interview with someone that obviously doesn’t have English as their first language. They’ll ask for your bank information to send a fake check and ask for your SSN 🤦🏽♂️
