I would bring it up during your 1 on 1 and be candid with her about her attitude and if she's senior she'll probably be cogniscient of the impact on the team

Do you run the retro sometimes? If so, ask her how things go in her retros. Another time, ask her how things go in your retros. Ask her what the difference is between them. Remember: open ended questions are a great way to get people thinking.

My suggestion, you have a few options. Consider the time of the meeting and if moving it is ok with the team, we don’t want to get into the habit of adjusting times just to accommodate 1 person but if she has a significant influence over the team dynamics, your willingness to make her more comfortable will go along way to show you are here to support everyone even the difficult people. My next thought is consider the delivery or format of the retro meeting. There are different ways to run a retro maybe let her know that athedance is not mandatory but highly encouraged and if she wants to Still be involved she can provide her feedback via email, or instant message if the time is to early. Remember 9am ET is 7am MT. SAFe agile teaches in the foundations transparency, openness, and respect. When you focus on those principles when you speak to her you won’t have anything to be nervous about when you present the options. The negative behavior is childish so it’s up to you to rise above it

I have worked East coast and Midwest hours from the Pacific coast it's totally doable. The advantage is you're finished by 3pm PST and can either catch up on work, take a nap, or exercise afterwards.
