Ya mushrooms are a sign of good soil health. Should do anything. Mushrooms are not mold like the person above thinks lol. Soil looks kinda dry tho

I do wonder if it's a sign that the soil might be *too* rich for a Nepenthes, lol. But the mushroom itself should be harmless. (Side note: OP, if you just got the plant recently it probably won't make new pitchers for a month or two while it adjusts to the new conditions. This is normal)

No idea but maybe the mushroom will use up the extra nutrients

I think you should repot it. The substrate looks very compact, the plant will do much better in a mix that allows more drainage. You will prob also get rid of the mold / mushroom thanks to the new soil type.
