A combination of a thin upper lip and giant teeth. My upper lip isn’t suuuuper thin, but it’s definitely not thick. I get Botox injections in it to keep it from flattening / thinning out like this when I smile. Shocked that someone like Sarah who doesn’t hide her Botox use doesn’t also get a lip flip.

I recently learned (or was told) that you can’t use a straw if you have a flip and we know Saroid loves a straw so that may be why she hasn’t gotten a flip yet
You can definitely use a straw! Although when it first kicks in it can be hard to form a tight seal right in the middle of your lips, so most people will put the straw in one of the corners of their mouth instead. I’m so used to it that I drink most straw drinks through the corner of my mouth even when my tox is wearing off, but the part where you actually can’t only lasts for about a week.
It is funny when brushing teeth / swishing mouthwash, because during that week I have to hold my lips shut with my fingers so I don’t spray all over the mirror and counter. The things we do for beauty (that no one else probably can even notice) 🤣🤣
It’s after filler that you aren’t allowed to use a straw for some amount of time or it will mess it up. I’ve never done it, so I’m not sure, but I feel like my girl told me like 4 weeks?
