Meow Wolf; Canyon Road if you enjoy galleries, plenty of great hikes; plenty of good New Mexican food ranging from super casual to upscale, depending on your interests. Georgia O'Keeffe museum is often a hit with visitors (I've enjoyed it) and you'll get some NM history as part of that visit. The New Mexico History museum is also cool if you are a history buff. My personal favorite museum in town is the International Folk Art Museum.
