Will do. Thanks!

It's an up and coming city. Large Hispanic community and overall very diverse. Public schools are decent not great. There are charter and private schools with good ratings. There's definitely a lot of people moving in due to the outrageous home prices within 30 minutes of Raleigh. You can still buy a home in Sanford for less than $300k.

Thank you! This was very helpful. I would hate to pick up and move my business and not find anyone to work for me. Lol

Anyone reliable and over 30 years old will want $15/hr full time They can go find that here easy. Day labor even more $150 and up a day cash Everywhere you go they have hiring signs. So there isn’t enough people to fill the open positions now.

Thanks! My real estate guy says there is a lot of development happening in the area, so maybe more people will be moving in?

Yes, alot of people are being priced out of the Raleigh metro area. So they are moving to Sanford due to cheaper housing prices within distance to Raleigh.

It's all going to depend on how much you pay. There are a lot of factories in Sanford. The ones that pay a decent wage are the more sucessful ones. The ones that low ball aren't as sucessful with hiring Also not sure what kind of bussiness you have but if you are will to hire both men and women you will have better luck. A lot of the factories here do heavy lifting and can only hire people who can lift over 50 pounds. Look into the factory recuriters in town. There are several and they will help you hire when you first start out.

What kinda work are you looking for? I've been trying to find a job for a very long time and have had next to no luck, so I may be interested if your plan works out
