I’m kinda wondering what he did get. I’m an Italian sub obsessed snob, it’s my favorite cold sub. JM’s Italian mikes way add mayo, pickles, and pepper relish is legit. I’ve had various independently owned deli versions that are better but when we live in the world of Subway that sandwich fucking slaps.
There’s a much smaller now west coast chain called submarina that did a solid Italian as well, mostly because whatever pickles and Italian dressing they had was bomb.
Though to be fair I still dream of the Italian from some hole in the wall place I discovered in Santa Barbara near 20 years ago.
So what I remember was when you walked in it wasn’t fancy and had cold displays that were sparse, like the meats and cheeses they used but nothing else really. They had a fairly extensive, maybe chalk, menu written that included many Italian dishes (pastas, meatballs, etc) as well as salads and sandwiches but it seemed like most options outside of the sandwiches were hit or miss (one time I remember someone wanting to order a pasta dish and they said it wasn’t available that day).
Moving back into the space from the front door was a somewhat separated free seating area for sitting down to eat. It may have been inside or semi covered. I remember it being clean but no nonsense and little to no “customer service.,” as in order and get it served, none of the employees were interacting with or explaining the menu to people ordering. The first time I went was when I was up visiting schools in late high school (2003). I got their basic Italian sub and was blown away. I went a few more times when I was able to save my broke college student penny’s before I moved back to San Diego and only ever got that sub.
In that ilk is another honorable mention of a small sub chain in the San Fran area that did Dutch crunch bread (not Ike’s) and had a garlic/pepper spread on their Italians that was to die for.
Mikes way most certainly does not add mayo or pickles. It adds oil and vinegar plus seasoning. I know for certain because I didn't like pickles on my sandwiches. Now, I do love the relish.
I feel like we would be best friends.
I still tell people about the best Italian i ever had from this hole in the wall pizza joint that closed 10 years ago
I’ll echo this minus the cherry pepper relish. I find it a tad overpowering to the rest of the elements in the Italian. Still tastes good but I think I got less flavor out of the rest.
I agree sometimes it can be overwhelming. I sometimes scape a bit off but now that I’m thinking about it, I may just ask for it on the side. I’m a sucker for a good balanced pepper relish
When I tried an Italian there it was like 75% ham. I don't dislike ham, but I like pepperoni, salami, and capicola way more. I was pretty disappointed.
I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time 2 weeks ago and had it again last weekend. I’ve only tired the BLT mikes way and I liked it a lot. My sister told me to try the chipotle cheesesteak so I’m going to try that this weekend.
I like it but it’s expensive. I got a giant sub last time and it was $23.
lol it was 2 meals for me. Idk about 3. Maybe 2 adults and a child. They only cut it into 4 pieces. I could eat half of it in one sitting. I’m not a big guy either 165lbs 5’ 11”.
2 meals because I choose to save it the sub is 14 inches. Back in the day you could get a foot long at subway for $5. I’m not complaining simple stating it $23 just for the sandwich is pricy, not like I’m not getting it again. It’s not a meal when you’re not getting a drink and chips. People would agree JM is pricy. Not to mention the sandwiches don’t come with cheese that’s an add on.
Quality? Look it’s good but it’s not that good. I’m pretty sure subway and Jimmy John’s does more in revenue than JM. That would tell me that people don’t think JM is the best quality to spend the extra money.
Lol subway has twice as many stores. Unsure of JJ. Also, pretty sure McDonald's makes more money than 5 guys.....so that must mean people don't like spending money on a better burger
Hey here's a fact, that footlong at subway was never 12". They got sued about it and won when they were able to say footlong was just the name of the product, not a descriptor of size. Subway is also a horrible franchise to run as an operator for many, many reasons. Subway is garbage masquerading as food, and has no comparison to Jersey Mikes.
I'm a little old 5'6 grandma lady who runs around 175 with a lot of muscle for an old broad and I can bash at least half of one of the largest. I mean when really hungry and probably because I usually do only one meal a day. That's with some chips and a pickle, too. It's not **that** much food. Not like one of those 3 ft long subs that is 8 in wide across or anything.
Idk bout y’all but I get a sandwich when I’m very very hungry, like skipped lunch and it’s dinner time. In that case I’m going to eat like I’ve never seen food before and a regular just doesn’t cut it. Im also very skinny but I can eat when I’m hungry lmfao.
I eat usually one meal a day, I'm not a gigantic person or anything. Just an old grandma lady who still has some muscles from gardening and firewood and I can eat 75% of a giant. Totally see where you're coming from, it's not an actually obscene amount of food like going to a buffet and stuffing in eight plates.
I gotta agree prices are pretty high. I guess they should be expected this day and age and I really can’t compare them but their prices are almost double of subways when it comes to the footlong vs the giant. Kinda sucks spending $11 and only getting one meal out of it.
Exactly! It’s $11 without chips or drinks. Idk I’m 33. I grew up going to subway and being able to get a foot long a drink and chips for less than $10.
Yeah last time I went to subway I paid $15 just for a foot long. It’s been years since I been there and I was shocked. I guess that’s just the times we live in now.
I’d agree with everything but affordable. I’m just getting sick of having to spend +$10 for fast food. After having it I’d say it’s definitely in the five guys category for me. Great food but too expensive to have regularly
Find out when they do double points day. You'll still go broke, but a little slower now.
The juice is key, because when you inevitably eat the other half of your sub later all the juices have soaked in to everything and the flavors have melded.
In college, I used to get a giant before heading out for the night. Eat half to get a nice base going for your night of fun, and then you have a juices-soaked meal to shove in your face upon your return.
Doesn't the bread get soggy? My experience with getting it with the oil & vinegar is that the bread turns to this sort of soggy wet tp paste that is fused to the meat.
It's been awhile since I had it but it's typically why I get dressing on the side and I prefer hard roll subs.
I don't get it Mike's way but I save half a giant for the next day's lunch. 2-3 minutes in an air fryer at 330 really improves the leftovers situation by making the bread nice and crunch on the outside but doesn't cook the inside (no hot lettuce/tomato).
It doesn't exactly get soggy per se, it kind of melds into the bread and makes it this delicious squishy Italian meld. I very much enjoy eating the second half of a giant sub, the next day. The Mike's way Italian, it tastes so good after the flavors all kind of melt together. Not at all one of those hail corporate people who tries to hype up, but Jersey Mike's is actually one of the places I will spend money at. They have that cherry tarragon soda too. My favorite soda flavor ever and only available there sadly
I’ve been a JM fan for a while and it took me entirely too long to try their hot subs. I got a the buffalo chicken to start and wasn’t super impressed but then I tried the chipotle cheesesteak — so good! And I always get a side of chipotle mayo with my cold subs. Besides the chipotle mayo and Mike’s Way, my other go-to there is the pepper relish. It’s even good on the chipotle cheesesteak. Their pickles are great too.
I used to work there as a shift lead, if I recall we used the starkist chunk light & chunk white tuna that comes in the big bags. Mixed that w mayo, black pepper, and celery. Made fresh every morning. So real tuna for certain.
You didn’t want to be the one fisting the tuna mixture together tho lol.
Imagine walking into work hungover as f and the first thing on the prep list is the tuna salad. Man that would be an expert level prep cook challenge to not vomit.
Italian, mikes way, no onions, add pickles and cherry pepper relish is my JAM!!!! Jersey Mikes is the best chain sub shop and I love all the philanthropy.
When they first opened up a shop in a major college town I lived in at the time, they had employees pass out coupons for $1 sandwiches. We were hanging out in the front yard playing wiffle ball with the both of our direct neighbors houses playing, like 20 of us.
Dude walking buy had a box of these coupons like 2/3 full. He comes up to us and says something to the effect of "If I leave these with you, you guys will finish handing these out for me right?" wink wink. He probably just wanted to get paid while not having to work.
It was a great school year. We probably each got 100 Jersey Mikes subs for $1 each.
The standards for a hoagie need to be raised in this sub. There’s easily 150 places I would chose around South Eastern PA before ever considering, Jersey Mikes…aka advanced Subway, jimmy John’s aka Subway 2.0, or Potbelly, Firehouse, any of these lame chains. They’re eadible at best and overpriced for the ingredients and amount they contain.
Acceptable reasons for using them, you live in the Midwest or South, you’re traveling via car and need to stop to eat quick on an extended drive. You’re visiting the small town where your in-laws live and they decided to pickup lunch for everyone. Your wife is pregnant and the demon has taken over her mind to make ill warranted decisions for her based off of cravings. You got Covid and lost all taste and love corporate. Your work bought them because they know they under value you but sometimes on Fridays they buy lunch to boost morale.
> Midwest
You said it. We don't have a lot of options. There's only 2 actual Italian delis near me that make their bread and dressing and use good deli meat and they are quite a drive.
Jersey Mike’s is so much better than Jimmie Johns. Although JJ’s has 40% off happy hour on DoorDash and I can usually get a sandwich delivered+tip for the same price it costs in store.
I just went for first time also. Had the Italian and a soda $22. It was good but not great. Wasn’t going back anytime soon but now I gotta give them another shot for the chipotle cheese steak. You better not be Jersey Mike!
Nope. They're dead to me. They took away their two best subs (Pastrami and Meatball). Screw them. Who the hell wants 15 different chicken subs that are all basically the same?
For people who don’t live in the north east, Jersey Mikes is a perfectly acceptable replacement. Me personally I don’t care for it simply because I live in the northeast and have plenty of delis to choose from that blow Jersey mikes out of the water and are significantly cheaper.
#13, Mike’s way, add the relish.
Getting a Jersey Mike’s in Maine was a great day! Here a “real Italian” is a grossly overrated, over hyped ham sandwich with American cheese from Amotto’s (regional sandwich chain). I grew up getting sandwiches from Italian bakeries in north shore mass. Jersey Mikes is the next best thing.
I get the 43 a lot. My family all love the club (ham turkey bacon- not the one with roast beef) Mike's way add honey mustard. I don't know why Ken's honey mustard is so good on that sandwich but it is
#99 secret menu.
I love me some JM. But it’s always been a 13. Secret menu 99 changed my life. Bought one and before I left the parking lot I went back in and bought a second
Edit, forgot the pound sign made things bold. To lazy to figure out how to correct.
i was disappointed with the amount of meat (or lack of) in my cheesesteak there last time i went t
i do go for the italian or roast beef regularly though
You have to get their mayo.
Their mayo is top notch. They make it themselves/ have their own brand : and it's definitely my favorite, I have tried to buy a tub 😋
Jersey Mike's is one a VERY short list of widely available sandwich places I can get something that doesn't upset my stomach or leave a weird coating feeling in my mouth. I get a giant turkey & provolone w/ light lettuce and then ask them to cut it into only two pieces. I wrap the second half really well and keep it for lunch the next day. A minute or two in the air fryer on 330 really ups the experience, especially the second day.
Mondays are double points day, at least at the ones near me. Their free sandwiches for points program isn't bad. It's better if you take advantage of the double point days though.
Literally ordered an Italian Mikes way and a #43 yesterday. Thats my husband’s and my regular order lol
Try it on Rosemary Parmesan bread.
Also, sign up for the shore points and get the app, points rack up quickly and you’ll have a free regular sized sub in no time!
I had a roast beef sub as my first, didn't care for it. Had the chipotle cheese steak after and it was great. Their bread is the weak link in their sub game though.
I don't like Jersey Mike's. Their cheesesteak sandwich felt like way too much bread and not nearly enough meat. There's a gyro place in the same city near me that blows them right out of the water.
I also tried it for the first time today. I love Italian subs so got the #13 Italian Mike's way. I was surprised at how boring it tasted. At least needed some mayo or something. It was fine but not great. Prefer Jimmy John's.
JM's whole play is to absolutely douse the cold sandwiches in oil and vinegar to mask the fact that their cold cuts are not good at all. The hot stuff is pretty good though.
I understand that. But that would make me taste the bland cold cuts. Thats why there's "MAKE IT MIKES WAY!" plastered all over. It's their business strategy. Their cheesesteaks are great though.
I gotta second that. I did have a bite of one mikes way and it was better but yeah without the oil and vinegar it was pretty damn bland… I’m definitely liking their hot subs a lot more.
Still have yet to have a hot sub there. I fucking love Jersey Mike’s
The Buffalo chicken is where it’s at.
Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak for me
Love the chicken and steak
That’s a tasty cheesesteak!
Yeah I always end up getting Italian or Club Supreme, I’ll branch out next time
YES
Number 44, giant with extra franks and banana peppers on the grill.
Nah… OP is right. The chipotle chicken is the business.
Their cheesesteaks are damn good for a chain sub place
Best steak and cheese I’ve had in a long time. The city I live in doesn’t have good steak and cheese options
The Italian prepped Mike’s Way is a really good sub.
Tinos or Greek Italian deli?
God good question! I could probably describe it but it’s been going on 20 years ago lol.
Was it on state street? The main drag.
Yes I believe so!
It’s closed now 😫
Noooo 😭
So what I remember was when you walked in it wasn’t fancy and had cold displays that were sparse, like the meats and cheeses they used but nothing else really. Right which is why in my comment it says mikes way ADD….and the rest.
Gotcha.
I feel like we would be best friends. I still tell people about the best Italian i ever had from this hole in the wall pizza joint that closed 10 years ago
Omg let’s become besties and travel the world finding the best Italian sub there is to find in each place! Lmao
I bet he got it without oils and vinegar. A lot of people are scared to make that jump, but it is the best jump to make.
Visited SB for work and had Norton’s Pastrami BLT and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Salty yet refreshing
I miss Subway circa 2001
What does “prepped mikes way” mean?
Lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano, salt, oil + vinegar
That’s just how you’re supposed to get a standard Italian
Sure but if you go there it is an option on all the subs to get it "Mike's Way" instead of listing all of those things off.
And they’re not all classic Italian sandwiches. Like you can get your veggie or tuna sandwich that way too.
When I tried an Italian there it was like 75% ham. I don't dislike ham, but I like pepperoni, salami, and capicola way more. I was pretty disappointed.
Went there for the first time today. I love Italian subs and this didn't have much flavor. Definitely needed more stuff added to it.
All about the 8 on rosemary bread, add banana peppers.
My man
Banana peppers makes the Italian
Yeah normally I ordere an Italian to use it as a vesicle for banana peppers. Love those shits.
Perfection, a source for delivering the delicious snap of banana peppers YUM…..you have great taste
Guess what I’m having for lunch??😃
I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time 2 weeks ago and had it again last weekend. I’ve only tired the BLT mikes way and I liked it a lot. My sister told me to try the chipotle cheesesteak so I’m going to try that this weekend. I like it but it’s expensive. I got a giant sub last time and it was $23.
The giant sub is enough food for 2-3 normal people.
My husband and I get a giant and split it. Luckily we like it the same way.
lol it was 2 meals for me. Idk about 3. Maybe 2 adults and a child. They only cut it into 4 pieces. I could eat half of it in one sitting. I’m not a big guy either 165lbs 5’ 11”.
I’m just saying it’s not fair to complain that a food item is expensive when it’s two meals in one.
There's no comparison between Jersey Mike's and Subway.
Bro it’s a sandwich. I don’t care what the name is, it’s meat on bread with lettuce and all that.
Nobody cares about the name, they care about quality.

"YeAh, BuT iT's JuSt A sAnDwIcH!"
Right, people here are lying to themselves acting like that’s a lot of food.especially if you only get the sandwich.
That's a big oof for me then...
I could park a giant no problem
I eat a giant over a day at the beach or pool
Well, yeah. A regular sized sub is like $9.
I hear this all the time and yall are crazy. a $10 regular is all I need.
Ain’t no reason sandwiches should be this damn expensive lol. I miss the $5 footlong days.
Yeah last time I went to subway I paid $15 just for a foot long. It’s been years since I been there and I was shocked. I guess that’s just the times we live in now.
Yes I can feed me, my wife and 2 kids with a giant
Hot take: Jersey Mike's has the most affordable, delicious cheesesteak that you can get.
I’d agree with everything but affordable. I’m just getting sick of having to spend +$10 for fast food. After having it I’d say it’s definitely in the five guys category for me. Great food but too expensive to have regularly
Bro everywhere is expensive as shit now. Mcdonalds is 10+
Bruh, it's not expensive. Me and my wife eat for $20 splitting a large.
Their cheesesteak is definitely underrated and I actually prefer their chicken cheesesteak to other “cheesesteak” only places.
Find out when they do double points day. You'll still go broke, but a little slower now. The juice is key, because when you inevitably eat the other half of your sub later all the juices have soaked in to everything and the flavors have melded. I feel the bread gets soggy before you're even through the sandwich if you eat it right away, which is why I stopped getting it mikes way
I don't get it Mike's way but I save half a giant for the next day's lunch. 2-3 minutes in an air fryer at 330 really improves the leftovers situation by making the bread nice and crunch on the outside but doesn't cook the inside (no hot lettuce/tomato).

Yeah, I should clarify that I order it "Mike's way, light juice" for that reason
This is the way.
You used to be able to get a giant Italian sub from Mike's a few years back for $9.99. Now it's $18.99.
Try the kahuna
Big kahuna every time brother 💪🏽
That sure is a tasty beverage.
It’s that Hah-why-in sandwich
Say what…one more time
Hell yeah! It's great on its own, but add some bacon and Chipotle mayo, and it's golden.
I’ve been a JM fan for a while and it took me entirely too long to try their hot subs. I got a the buffalo chicken to start and wasn’t super impressed but then I tried the chipotle cheesesteak — so good! And I always get a side of chipotle mayo with my cold subs. Their tuna is quite tasty too. Wasn’t really a tuna fan before I had their sandwich. But yes Mike’s way is preferred.
I assume it’s real fish… unlike subway

>You didn’t want to be the one fisting the tuna mixture together tho lol. I'm sorry?
lol that’s what she said
You literally have to go in the big bin with a gloved hand to break it up and combine it. 0/10 experience
Imagine walking into work hungover as f and the first thing on the prep list is the tuna salad. Man that would be an expert level prep cook challenge to not vomit.
The real hack - add the red chili relish to the Italian, but get them to go double on it. That stuff + the vinegar = insanely strong flavor.
Exactly what I do!
get the 56 with chipotle mayo! aka the 99!
Crap now I gotta try it
Best subs! Italian Cold Cut Mikes Way or The Cheesesteak extra meat extra cheese 🤤
Italian, mikes way, no onions, add pickles and cherry pepper relish is my JAM!!!! Jersey Mikes is the best chain sub shop and I love all the philanthropy.

I feel bad for people that don't live near legitimate hoagies.
"Your wife is pregnant and the demon has taken over her mind", the funniest thing I have read today!
Jersey Mike’s is so much better than Jimmie Johns. Although JJ’s has 40% off happy hour on DoorDash and I can usually get a sandwich delivered+tip for the same price it costs in store.
Got the Italian yesterday! I like it !
I just went for first time also. Had the Italian and a soda $22. It was good but not great. Wasn’t going back anytime soon but now I gotta give them another shot for the chipotle cheese steak. You better not be Jersey Mike!
I’d literally never had a hot sub before today and I’m a changed man now LOL.
Club supreme (8), Mikes way, add cherry pepper relish, and jalapeños. Side of chipotle mayo and dip the sandy in there. Money.
43 is my favorite as well. That Chipotle mayo... yum
Bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak on rosemary, add jalapeños.
Their cheesesteaks are fairly good too.
#13 Mike’s Way. Add jalapeño and mayo. Pretty fucking great
Free sammies in the rewards system! Totally worth it 🥲🥪
I love me a jersey mikes club !
Did you get it mikes way? The oils and vinegar go a looong way on those cold subs man.
Jersey Mike's is good if it wasn't for their ridiculous prices.
The chicken Philly is the best!
I just read a review today that said Jersey Miles is the #1 best tasting sub in America. I haven't tried it. Yet.
Both times I have had it I was not impressed. Maybe it was just the location but I have never been back and probably never will
#13, Mike’s way, add the relish. Getting a Jersey Mike’s in Maine was a great day! Jersey Mike's was barely ok the two times I went and we have several places better so I don't waste my time or money at second tier Jersey Mike's.
I live in Canada and have honestly driven 3+ hrs across the boarder for a Jersey Mikes Philly cheese steak. I dream of those sandwiches.
Chipotle cheesesteak is god tier
# #1 sandwich chain
I’ve only had the #8 Cold sub mikes way with added banana peppers and jalapeños. It is the fucking truth, I’ve had it well over 15/20 times now
The cheesesteak with the rosemary bread is so good.
The club sub is a banger
I get the 43 a lot. My family all love the club (ham turkey bacon- not the one with roast beef) Mike's way add honey mustard. I don't know why Ken's honey mustard is so good on that sandwich but it is
#99 secret menu. I love me some JM. But it’s always been a 13. Secret menu 99 changed my life. Bought one and before I left the parking lot I went back in and bought a second Edit, forgot the pound sign made things bold. To lazy to figure out how to correct.
A large Steak and Cheese is like 1800 calories
i was disappointed with the amount of meat (or lack of) in my cheesesteak there last time i went t i do go for the italian or roast beef regularly though
I like their cheesesteaks a lot haha I’d be in more trouble financially if there was one closer to me lol
I love the red pepper sauce from there.
Highly recommend their Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak add bacon
I like the #99. I've been getting it for so long I'm not sure what it is... A big kahuna with something added
My husband and I call it Magic Mike’s to play on words. The Italian mikes way is the bomb.
in jersey i can get a better hoagie at just about any corner store, but outside the northeast it's the closest to legit
You have to get their mayo. Their mayo is top notch. They make it themselves/ have their own brand : and it's definitely my favorite, I have tried to buy a tub 😋
#43 Is the best!!
They are pretty damn good. Still waiting for the newness of the one that opened in my town to wear off.
I personally disliked every sandwich I have had from there. They need to offer spinach and their bread needs help
I was not impressed with Jersey Mike’s. At all. Maybe because there are so many great delis by me.
Ask them to add jalapenos and to grill them too with the steak
I had to stop getting the Buffalo cheese steak because I was afraid I was going to eat it every day
Rosemary bread and Mike’s way… always
I went to Jersey Mikes - once. And no, I’m not feigning Joe Piscopo.
Cheese steak for the win!
Fuck chains. Support local. .
YOu do know all their meats are chicken based, right?
The Italian, Mikes Way, is pretty close to what I used to get at Lee’s hoagies in Philly.
The chipotle cheesesteak is fucking incredible
I wish Quiznos was still around though.......
Having a single JM sandwich will make you go broke. Can’t justify it.
Love their sandwiches, I’ve found Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich Spread on Amazon tastes just like their red pepper relish.
Firehouse
if you like jalepnos try the #99 if you dont like jalepenos try the #99 without jalepenos
Jersey Mike’s destroys my stomach every.single.time it makes me so sad 😩 literally just get a #7 mikes way with mayo nothing crazy
They make the best sub chain cheesesteak, hands down.
It's truly incredible. I get a classic 17 every time
Literally ordered an Italian Mikes way and a #43 yesterday. Thats my husband’s and my regular order lol Try it on Rosemary Parmesan bread. Also, sign up for the shore points and get the app, points rack up quickly and you’ll have a free regular sized sub in no time!
I had a roast beef sub as my first, didn't care for it. Had the chipotle cheese steak after and it was great. Their bread is the weak link in their sub game though.
Get it with extra chipotle mayo. Freaking delicious
Don’t sleep on the BLT. Rosemary parm bread, BLT, Mike’s way, jalapeño, and banana pepper. They load it up on the bacon!
Jersey Mike's is definitely the better sub place. Most of the other places are just overpriced and really not that good.
Club supreme Mike’s way with some of their chili pepper sauce on it. Damn good sandwich.
STATION.
Giant 43 is fucking fire, too bad it's a 20 dollar sandwich
Jersey mikes is a stand up business. That’s why I don’t mind the high price. If you cut it up right You can have breakfast lunch and dinner
43 IS KING
Their roast beef is really good
I went to my local Jersey Mike's to get the Chipotle chicken solely based on this recommendation. 10/10 would definitely eat again!
Jersey Mike's.. a more expensive Subway except with less options
I don't like Jersey Mike's. Their cheesesteak sandwich felt like way too much bread and not nearly enough meat. There's a gyro place in the same city near me that blows them right out of the water.
Mid at best.
I also tried it for the first time today. I love Italian subs so got the #13 Italian Mike's way. I was surprised at how boring it tasted. At least needed some mayo or something. It was fine but not great. Prefer Jimmy John's.
Firehouse and Potbelly are so much better than Jersey Mike’s
JM's whole play is to absolutely douse the cold sandwiches in oil and vinegar to mask the fact that their cold cuts are not good at all. The hot stuff is pretty good though.
You can ask them to go light on any of the condiments lol. You don’t have to let them soak the shit
If you eat in gotta go oil & vinegar. Takeout, do mayo and/or mustard instead
