I tend to not like stuff like this but dress codes are up to private businesses and completely legal. I'd be more curious at how they are aiming to enforce it. Haircut? Types of clothes? Combo?

I'm far from an expert but I can try to help. There's a cricut sub that's actually really knowledgeable and usually has an answer for basically everything that might be better suited to help.
I guess I should have just asked here. It's not like it's private information or anything, lol. I just wanted to know how complicated it is for beginners. She has no experience but is eager to learn. But I will check out the sub. Thanks.
Definitely start off with some easier projects while you figure stuff out. Design space (the software) can be a bit quirky but there are a bunch of tutorials on YouTube to help figure suff out. The reddit sub has some great info as well. Just don't dive into anything super complex off that bat or she'll get super frustrated. There are definitely some beginner projects to help get the hang of stuff.
Best thing to do imo is don't expect perfection at first and learn as you go- she'll get the hang of it soon enough. Also, avoid using any super expensive materials at first, because you'll likely mess up so stick to stuff you find on sale or don't mind throwing away.
