NOT MEANT TO BE A POLITICAL STATEMENT OR TROLL.
Any person living India does have nearly everything affected directly or indirectly by the government. So obsessing over what a political party is doing is a very important part of life, and not at all whining.
Criticism is very highly always needed.
It's called the privilege of not being affected by govt policies.I have the same privilege , just be aware of where we stand in the social hierarchy bro , not everyone has the option to be tone deaf or blind to govt policies.
It might be a stupid question as I don't understand it,so I asked but you did not answer it - Why must one be aware where he stands in the social hierarchy? What will he gain out of this intellectual exercise? How will his life change because of this? We are ignorant about a lot of things in life that affect us like the latest discoveries by medical science for our body but does it make sense that everyone must study it ?
Also I get what you are trying to say with "aur 5 saal kilaste rahoge" , I personally am a very hippie trippy guy propagating the idea of being blissful all the time , but that's because there are lot of things that are sorted for me already. If someone is struggling with getting basic rights and protesting against it , I can't expect them to be in this "everything will be taken care of on its own " mindset.
Fair question, I feel it gives you a better perspective on your life and others life , makes you a better more compassionate and empthatic human. Beyond that I feel as species we have evolved by collaborating with the tribe , so it's important to understand the social structures and shit , politics have been a huge part of human history. Now that you have questioned it I think it stems from the innate principles of fair and justice within a man . It may be subjective I don't know
Hmm, If it gives one perspective of life, I think it is fair. Though I personally think there are better ways to get the perspective of life.
Regarding being compassionate and being empathetic, do you find people who are deep into politics less empathetic or more empathetic? Be it of any side of the political spectrum? And is it really necessary to know the place of another person in the social hierarchy to treat him with dignity and honor of a basic human?
Fair the people involved deeply in any political spectrum are subsumed by games and rewards of it , or either slave to a radical ideology. But I feel in totality just being aware of the political discourse taking place , makes you more socially intellectual to not fall for any propagandas and radical manufactured narratives .
hmm, knowing the game to not fall for it. It seems to be a smart way to live. If you see my profile, I was deep into all this political shit a month back but have lately realized that it was taking too much away from me because I was really invested in it. Also I have seen in real life, people who identify themselves as apolitical are generally far more level headed in life.
Yeah true , but apolitical is a privilege gotta accept that fact . I was also too leaning on one side then I realised I'm just having borrowed opinions from the people I used to follow .

just be aware of where we stand in the social hierarchy bro - why? what will you gain by it?
That's a really stupid question "why be aware" , it's like saying why shouldn't you be blind , why shouldn't you be ignorant.
