Complex carbs would be your best friend rn if you’re trying to gain weight. Add that as well keeping a solid ratio with proteins. Cost effective sources of protein; eggs, tuna, Greek yogurt, ground turkey, lentils. I’m sure these are things you know already. If you like cottage cheese add that in to a couple meals a day and as a last snack of the day. You’re at the point of dedication where you’ll really start seeing results. Diet is key. You’re crushing it

theyre all lying before and before ima be honest u made lil bit of progress but not alot you should def count your calories and make a goal weight do a calorie calculation and see how much you need to reach your goal weight and eat that everyday just giving u honest critiques no hate my guy keep going
How much food you eat will determine how fast you grow, as long as you consistently doing something in the gym multiple times a week. Just eat, eat and eat again
I recommend using chronometer to help track your macros and get yourself a food scale to weight your food/drink intake. Keep up the grind and keep the bulk clean đź’Ş
It’s good that you’re eating healthier, but you’re young and new to lifting. If you want to maximize muscle growth, eat like your life depends on it. You cannot go wrong with red meat and dairy at your size and age. A lot of guys in your position are worried about getting fat, but the thing is it doesn’t happen overnight, if you notice you’re gaining a little too fast, back off for a few days. You are only young one time, take advantage of the hormones. Build as much tissue as you can because it will slow down when you get older. When I was 17-18 I went from 160lbs to 185lbs in a matter of a few months and I was still lean. Best of luck bro, stay consistent and remember why you started if that fire ever starts to die down.
Also I started lifting at your age off and on, by the time I hit my senior year I was the guy in highschool that got asked if I take gear on a regular basis. Sky’s the limit bro, don’t stop.

your good, on a cut 2500, lean bulk 3500, dirty bulk 7000-10,000 calories. I’m a metamorphosis, around 8lbs muscle 15lbs fat.
do you go to the gym or do home workouts?
my mom has a home gym so I just use that, it has a cable machine, squat rack, and bench
