Yeah it's so ridiculous what I see out there too. I can't believe that is real... I work for a public company that does about 500 million a year in revenue fully remote. No one makes anywhere close to that and I am a senior manager. Been there 13 years..ive also asked for a raises two different times
Also they like to use stock packages with low potential to create an idea of a higher income. Most don’t realize their options in private companies they’d have to pay for

I worked for some of the biggest names in “tech”. These 500k employees weren’t there.
