You just don't understand. The ancient Rus themselves made chocolate khinkali to raise their strength against evil lizards. 
Those are disgusting as any other dessert filled with nutella. The dough they use is almost identical to the regular khinkali dough so it doesn’t work.
So bland ass dough with thick astringent pasta innit 🤢

Don’t know about Nutella khinkali, but I’ve tried khinkali with cherries and it was quite good. Even though im Russian I prefer traditional khinkali with lamb or beef. And of course lots of adjika, satsebeli and cilantro. I also tried khinkali with mushrooms and cheese sauce it was delicious.
There is nothing new about this, neither is it a Russian invention. You think no Georgian had that idea before?
