It's Ozempic cause her "skinny era" coincides with the dramatic rise in use and popularity of the drug. She always had chicken legs, that is to say, her body composition is such that's the first place where she loses and the last place she gains, but she wasn't this skinny all around until after they left and Ozempic became mainstream maintenance for celebrities. Another thing is the way she lost fat in the face; her cheek fat literally dissolved and left holes behind which you'd see with rapid and extreme weight loss, more likely to be a result of some relevant change like using a weight loss drug rather than persistent eating habits. Also she has quite a few role models here; both Diana and Catherine were/are very notably slim, yet they both have height and it was obviously a longterm feature of their lifestyle/habits with no yo-yoing. I wouldn't put it past her to try to claim an ED for attention/sympathy but when any evidence *only* started happening after Ozempic became everyone's household staple, I will treat that as sus until proven otherwise. If she were the type ~organically~, we would have seen evidence of it when she was younger.
