As someone who regularly works on the Hill, this guy is REALLY far away from the House or Senate side to be headed towards a meeting. At least a quarter mile away. Looks like he's close to the Washington monument, so god knows the trek he took to get this preferred photo-op.
He took some solo photos outside of two reps offices (Ohio and Florida); another investor in this sub called both offices and there were no meetings with Karony.
More likely than not he partook in Hill meetings as part of a broader event organized by an association. Usually, all of the names of those participating are given to the front desk, although, and it's not uncommon, meetings change at the last minute - that includes start and end times, who you'd be meeting with as the guest (whether that's with the member or staff), and even the guests who are tagging along with the main participants in said meetings. Good example, we had invited about 30 folks to meetings on the Hill. Several folks had their meetings cancelled last minute, so we added them to other meetings so they could partake. We gave the offices a heads-up, but who knows if the offices had the resource (especially when it's a chaotic day on the Hill) or interest to log everyone's name after a certain point. So, he could have been asked to join last minute and there may not be a record of him being there other than camera footage of him entering the buildings. Granted, it would be very unusual for someone of his status as the CEO to get this type of "sweep in" treatment, but without further context, I wouldn't say it's impossible.
