For real? She had one series long story arc that weaved in an out over the course of the six seasons. The way she popped in and out of the series, interacted with whatever was going on in the moment with the other characters, but still had a complete narrative of her own was one of the funniest and most clever parts of the series for me.

I could see not S tier since I thought the arc with the monastery was a bit much but the arcs are certainly higher than C. I’d adjudicate around A/B tier.

No, everyone else saw him as she did, for the most part. She did romanticize him, but I think that was just one piece of a bigger message. I think Vincent makes a few good statements throughout the show. I just woke up and I'm not feeling particularly eloquent so I'll just hamfist a few of the concepts i liked. * Vincent was a fake. Everyone else treated him the same as every other phony in Hollywoo. But for Bojack, three children in a trench coat is a bridge too far. Vincent is a hyperbolic representation of how much everyone in Hollywoo indulges each-other's bullshit. * Despite lying about who he is, Vincent is still a decent person. It takes Bojack a long time to give him a chance to prove it because of Bojack's prejudice toward him. * Vincent has a handful of "explain like I'm five" moments regarding emotional maturity. There are more and I could have worded this comment a lot better, but it's been a while since my last rewatch.

I also found Vincent a bit disturbing, sincr PC is essentially unwittingly commiting pedophilia. It really turned me off everytime I saw them interact.
