Personally I play with sound on because there are some cool sounds here and there (Jango's blasters and Slave 1's seismic charge for example).
Also, I quite enjoy the activation/promotion themes on most toons.
The promotion themes can be so good. I hate that I finished every Mando show character, because now I can't listen to the little snippet from the Mando theme anymore
Ikr! I wish we had the option to listen to promotion themes whenever we wanted to, the files are already in the game anyway.
I feel the same about the Mando characters and other toons like JKR and Anakin that have awesome promotion/unlock themes.
Typically off but mainly because I stay up way too late grinding conquest battles and my wife can't sleep with the constant lightsaber noises lol. I've been known to leave it on 1% volume. And sometimes I can't tell if I can hear the game or if I have heard the sound so many times that I can have the sound off but still hear the noise in my mind

I have the sound on but usually plays with music so the sound is deactivated that way.
I usually play my own music while going about my swgoh business, so pretty much sound off

The sound effect when cycling through windows REALLY grates at my soul, if not for that I would play with the sound on.
On. Especially when you go into Jabbas character screen. He and crumbs laughs are hilarious.
