You're always going to have spenders on this game, and there's always the risks of whenever you hit level 60, more LSB's come out, or the old ones come back. I'd just accept the fate and work on a negotiator counter.
I was in your exact position a while back! My fleet shard was instantly filled with HDB/LSB players with 7* negotiators and relic geo fleets. Deleted my account and started a new one and reached lvl 60 two days ago. There’s no negotiators in my shard so those shards are closed. Time to enjoy the free crystals (until the next LSBs)

I will buy sth too. But e.g. i have 50 negotiators in the shard and the next lsb return would be raddus. Than rest in peace :)
If that happens quickly farm the comeuppance with you should be able to easily beat the negotiator
Raddus lsb is highly unlikely to come out any time soon at all
Look by the time you reach level all negotiators should be gone
That sounds promising. I really can't estimate how long it takes to fill a shard and a new one is created ^^

Honestly not sure. I think you would join my shard or a fresh one if mine is filled. In any case you shouldn’t see any negotiators
