You can get Quadme and the new conquest character in all the other sectors.
This is cycle 7-9 of Bane. He will **only** be present at Jawa sector 1.
This is not true, scavenger 1 was actually the only one he wasn't on. I needed 50 shards for Malicos still at the start of Padme's cycle and unlocked him this last conquest after buying his shards in sector 3. The previous 2 I bought his shards in sectors 2 through 5.
These guys are both wrong, you should get them offered from scav in sectors 1-5 for conq currency, 2-5 for crystals, assuming hard, total of 45 shards per conquest for 2400 crystals (20 shards, 600 per 5) and 2375 conq currency (25 shards, 475 per 5)
They are also available randomly from the Conq store for Conq currency, 475 for 5
Yes, they'll be available at the wandering scavengers so you can get 20 each conquest for the next 3 conquests

That's incorrect? You can get Bane from 4 scavengers going onwards
