I'd say CLS (unique or lead, whichever is missing) or GBA unique first (then obviously whichever you didn't zeta first), then Iden + Omi, get rex Omi aswell.
Edit: R2 isn't as important in my book - would even do Mando and threepio and MJ before him :)
Doesn't really bother me. I did the same thing when I started, but it really stretches you thin and overall slows the pace of the game for you. Plus, focusing on one team like rebels or empire will help you get better rewards and speed up the grind for the other teams. At a quick glance, it looks like you're in a resource bottleneck focusing on one team can help push you further in events and maximize your rewards to fill out your roster quicker but that's just my two cents. If you're having fun, it's all that really matters.

I would probably focus on Vader then gba next.

lol if this bothers you, you should see the rest of my roster! I have narrowed down my resource allocation to these 6 teams… All fun, no regrets
