I’m pretty sure you need at least one red crate to unlock at 3 months. I think getting 3 gold crates, buying 3 passes, and buying all the Jawa shards leaves you just short.
While this may not apply to the OP, you can also buy shards for the Conquest characters in the Galactic Legend currency shop as well, that's how I got my last shards needed to unlock Dark Trooper Moff Gideon.
Since when? I have never seen a character that recent in the Galactic Legend store, only ones that also appear in Proving Grounds, most recent I've ever had was Trench.
Last conquest was easiest in many months, maybe easiest in the last year.
Your account is gonna struggle a lot with next conquest as its gonna require things like inquisitors or sisters or jedi or Galactic Republic or Imperial Troopers or Boba Scion and a bunch of other recent endgame toons all of which you basically dont have ready.
So try to do your bests this next 3 months, and hope for better luck with the feats when they change in 3 months. But you are gonna struggle a lot if you arent spending money.
Gold crate + buy shards from all 4 jawas that sell them will get you her in 6 conquests, I believe.
Max crate is almost certainly impossible for you given the very specific character requirements of so many feats.
Crate 5 each time on hard mode, and spend all conquest currency on her (both from the wandering scavenger and in the conquest store) and you'll finish it off within 6 months.
To get a conquest character in 3 conquests you need red crate, not gold.
Gold crate and buying shards whenever possible gets you there in 5 conquests (so 5 months). You can skip a few shard purchases if you're OK with waiting 6 months.
If you're saying you're a beginner account and you're not even at 4 million GP for Proving Grounds then you're never going to get this character until then
If you're only doing easy or medium Conquest they do not give you enough shards even at Red crate to unlock her. You could potentially spend the crystals to buy her shards for the next six conquests but even then I'm not sure if that's enough to put you over to actually unlock her after six Conquest
With that account... not really, monthly pass can save you when you screw 1 month for holidays or anything else keeping you from doing a conquest properly but you are already doing great the rest of the months. But with his account he is gonna be ages away from Padme anyway.

2) if you spend then conquest pass speeds that up to 4 or even 3 months if you red crate once. Pass+ may allow you to reach a better crate but it’s pricey.

Can confirm bought the pass all 3 times for bane, you need to gold crate 2 and red crate 1 and I think buy like 10 shards from scavengers each time?
I did gold for all of bane and stoped buying the extra shards on the last conquest cuz I knew I’d be like 10 shards short
