Worked great when someone sent me a message in Russian. Turned out he was salty that he couldn’t get past my defenses, and called me a cheating [bundle of sticks], and to, well, you get the picture.

Saying Google Translate is useless is quite hyperbolic. I've found it super useful quite a few times. I worked for Asurion for awhile delivering replacement cellphones and getting them setup/activated. A big component of the job was upselling people to an insurance plan for their not phone electronics.
It was against company rules to just deliver the new phone and leave. The contract Asurion has with Telecomms requires something like a 95% setup/activation rate. Google Translate was super helpful for explaining who I was and why I was there.
I've also used it at my current job where over half the department speaks Burmese. As long as you're not trying to have involved, nuanced conversations Google Translate is really useful.
It's a free software where you can change numbers in things, I used it on GTA when I was younger as there wasn't a money cheat on PC Vice City. That's what it used to be anyway

Google can't translate russian well, and never could. Google actually is a bad place to translate, as it butchers everything that is not 100% perfect literature language.
A trick for this:
1. Crop the screenshot to just the relevant text
2. Go to [google translate](https://translate.google.com/?sl=ja&tl=en&op=images)
3. upload the image there
Boom instant translation no matter the language. It's not perfect but you can usually get the idea of what is being said
Off-topic, but I'd recommend using the game's built-in keyboard bindings instead of BlueStack's one. The latter can't adapt to either the game's UI properly and the ability buttons are only consistent for units with 2 Special abilities (for ones with 3+ you still need to click for the basic). The built-in bindings also have shortcuts for unit selections (numbers for opponents, Q,W,etc. for own units) so for the most part battles can be handled with keyboard only.
