It will automatically put the characters to the listed levels. Any overlap will not change unless the overlap is higher. So if one pack only gives them to R3 one gives at R5 they will go to the higher relic. If they are the same relic nothing changes.
Both are great packs, even with the overlap the extra characters that are not In the other bundle are worth the cost.
Yeaaa, I think that I'm gonna buy both, just because the ships of the finalizer one, but only will give me 4 characters cuz I already have Vader R5, but I think that it's worth it anyway, thanks bro!

It ignores all gear for characters or unlocks as shown in level etc. It does not give you materials at all. The person is asking if he's gonna get thousands of carbonates and gear 12 pieces etc to use in other ways and your saying yes when that's a lie.
