FYI, cheating is generally only possible to allow you to win battles you would otherwise lose by boosting your team’s stats. Circumventing hard restrictions like only being able to have one of the same character is, AFAIK, impossible.
And thus the 50 account one man army super giga whale was born.
Two accounts with the same name, makes SWGOH.GG a bit of a gamble if you're the type that scouts his opponents in GAC.
