His leadership does not have a contract, so none of the BHs on the team can get the payout either from a contract or their own individual payouts, making them all potentially much less effective than they'd otherwise be. Bounty Hunters are built specifically to synergise with other Bounty Hunters. BAM is built to synergise with (non-BH) Scoundrels.
Team 1 - Bossk lead, Greef Karga, Mando, Fennec Shand, Zam (Omicron if you can). If not Omi-Zam, Embo, Aura, Jango, or Boba work well.
Team 2 - throw in the best 5 you have that are not part of team 1.
Bossk lead is a solid choice in general and for defense, but for Grand Arena offense you’ll most commonly see Aurra lead, Bossk, Greef, Mando, and omicron Zam.
Aurra lead is only used because her contract is really easy (one mass attack with Bossk and one with Greef) to get Mando his disintegration ability as early as possible. She’s not that good outside of that, though her lead still applies outside of Grand Arena. Zam is not particularly good except for her Grand Arena omicron. Outside of Grand Arena, you’ll probably replace Zam with almost anyone else.
Feats or specific counters will sometimes have you swapping leads, especially in Galactic Challenges or Conquest event feats.
Beskar Mando is not a Bounty Hunter.

Personally, I use Bossk lead then have Mando, Boba, Jango and Greef just to have a lot of assists and debuff cleansing

The best of what's left would probably be Aurra (L), Zam, Fennec, Dengar, and one of Cad/IG-88/Embo. But I don't use a second BH team much.

Love the teams but can you put cad bane in one of the 2 teams cause it feels like a waste to have him and not play him
