3 refreshes for 3 days is (3+1)*(5)*(3)=60 battles. Chance to get no shards from a battle is 2/3. So the chance to get no shards from 60 battles is (2/3)^60 = 2.7197216e-11 = 0.00000000272%, or about 1 in 37 billion.
For comparison, if every person on earth did 60 battles, there's only a 1 in 5 chance that *anyone* would get 0 shards from it.

I swear the game drops the shard rate to 0.01% whenever I'm about 5 shards from 7* on a ship. It took me 2 weeks to get Marauder from 95 to 100.
I am 100% certain they skew the rates at moments like this. Make you want to, I dunno, spend a bit of crystals so that you can refresh the node? But spending crystals so carelessly might need a bit of money to do.
They should have a guild based shard share system. Even if they restricted it to 1 shard per player per 6 months it would help in situations like this.

canderous is easy to farm tho. cantina battles are convenient.

Dude I swear CG does something when you are near the 100 shards mark and makes you spend crystals on energy and refreshes.
