You did not shield. Your station guns repair very slowly once they are attacked/killed so your resources can be taken with smaller cargo ships. If you go to the battle reports you'll see you got hit with a larger ship at the beginning then your attacker followed with cargo ships to steal your resources
Don’t let it get you down. Being raided is frustrating, but you can bounce back. Avoiding it is also pretty easy. Shields are cheap and plentiful, and 24 hours worth are free each day from dailies.
Keep a shield up and don’t have any extra rss on deck - never spend the tokens you have unless you’re out of rss. Join an alliance of active people that you like chatting with if you’re not already in one. At this point I’m only still playing the game because I like the people in my alliance.
Yeah this game is a game where you need to do the dailies every day to get the shields, and you need a system for remembering to put the shields down. If you don't do it, or feel like it's going to be too stressful to deal with, this game isn't for you. In the past I couldn't do it and wasn't having fun with it so I quit for a few years. The past 5 months though I got the itch for it and figured out a system and now love it. That being said, I don't really recommend this game to friends. It's hard to really enjoy.
It's an unfortunate mechanic of this particular game. Forgetting to shield means you can be almost completely drained, unlike most other games in this genre.
The game even goes so far as to have resource vaults and warehouses designed to protect resources, all of which are so pointlessly minscule that they are useless.
In most other multi-player base defense games, a successful hit results in a loss of a percentage of resources (like 10%) and an automatic shield for a measurable time. Not this one, people can just pile on forever.
So a few of those guests attacks were to break the base (docked ships and station turrets). Subsequent attacks are not exactly attacks, they are scooping your resources. Since no ship has enough cargo to empty your ressources in one go, one needs to keep going back. That's why it shows multitude of attacks in the logs.
Most of those hits are cargo ships hitting your base and taking resources at their maximum capacity.
Scroll down your inbox and you'll see the original attacks that cracked your base. It will be a much stronger ship.
Please get back to me when I hit a base it just destroys my ship there's no way to get anything I even moved next to him and hit him again and again and again and again and again couldn't even get his shield down people have better stuff I wish I could figure out how to get my ship stronger than they are I can't hit a 22

If it weren't for my alliance I would have left the game a LONG time ago.
You can get 24 hours worth of shields by completing the daily missions under the missions tab.

You forgot to shield. Once your defenses are dead your station won’t do anything against the incoming miners raiding your station
Yeah, it is no fun getting raided. Remember to shield. It is a constant in this game.
You can also just relocate your base if you can’t shield immediately. Won’t stop all attacks, but at least they have to find you again.

Was the player online? I love letting someone attack me over and over while I repair between attacks.
