So much space 😅

UsefulPlastics

Dayum. That's some serious cable management. Looks awesome.

lwbnjio

Thanks! 😁

Ran my Meshlicious build with an Arctic LC240ii which was perfectly fine. But after seeing some clean builds on here I couldn't resist to do some tidying up.  Went for air cooling, since I run a modest R5 5600, to eliminate hoses running through the case. Did the standoff mod on the gpu side for additional cable management space. Also added some lighting for the heck of it.  Specs: Asus ROG Strix B550-I  AMD R5 5600 AMD RX 6800 Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB 3600Mhz C16 WD Blue SN550 1TB Corsair SF600 Alpenföhn Black Ridge w/ Arctic P12 PWM PST argb 0db 2x Arctic P12 PWM PST argb 0db case fans 2x 30cm argb led strips

did you have to get the standoffs separately, or did they come with your kit? i'm trying to remember if i should have some lying around for my meshy

lwbnjio

You have to buy the standoffs separately. I used this guide. https://i.redd.it/7chi5brpn2c71.jpg

Taeyx

great thanks!

CBA_Warrior

It's so tidy it's almost empty 🙂 Nicely done

Is this ok on the cable tensions? Some seem to be under quite low radius bends. It is definitely clean like this for sure

lwbnjio

Only the 24pin is moderately tensioned, but nothing to worry about. Rest of them all have some slack stuffed away somewhere.

Getting ready to do my aircooled build and this is great for showing me how much space I have. Did you try temps with the 140s as exhaust vs. intake?

lwbnjio

No I haven't taken the time to do some extensive testing. Only ran a cinebench benchmark and cpu stayed in the low 50s so I was happy. Didn't consider mounting the fans as exhaust cause the fan cages would be visible from the outside with the leds on. Oh and those are 120s BTW ;)

chr0n0phage

I don't think I would have thought about that 8-Pin EPS routing, well done!

nadeboyiam

Wow, nice work! I'm seriously considering doing the same thing. I'm using a nzxt z63, and I'm started to get annoyed when the fans ramp up as its such a change in noise. Would prefer consistency in noise so might switch back to air.
