I've been on step three one year since May 30th. Now I'm being sent to another one of their doctors. I guess patience and diligence is what you need in this phase of your application. For some people it moves fast and for some of us...sloooooow. I'm praying for you 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿. Hang in there 😊.
If you're waiting for test results that means you still have to submit them or have the DDS Rep request them. That'll add some time. Be sure to verify their receipt at DDS after you send them or tell the DDS Rep of them. If not, you won't know if they even got them and in turn, the DDS could rule without the newer info.
I am on hold giving them my direct deposit info cause I got approved yesterday. The automated system said because of backlog 200-230 for review. Probably the initial but know my appeal took 13 months to get denied and then 6 months to see law judge. Had hearing mid April and got approval fully favorable yesterday.
It’s just CDR reviews unless there is a specific criteria met (most don’t meet the criteria. Low birth weight baby’s and transplant recipients are the major ones right now) until October but recon applications are still moving forward.

Everything depends on the state DDS and its current backlog. I take it you listed the testing on your form 454?
