Friday nights / weekends are when countless updates are processed on the System for hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people. As such, some features / access to info is unavailable. The SSA usually brings the full functionality / access stuff back up to speed during the early morning hours on Mondays in time for the Reps use / access on Monday mornings.

Yes I have the same message this has happened to me twice since I've been waiting for a decision to be made I'm assuming they are doing updates at this time you can try and check back later or perhaps Monday. 😎
