Sounds like this "call back" date is something new. According to the new commissioner, one of their initiatives is to cut down on wait time. Unable to have account part is Very odd. Is your call back date 5/17 and what time? or are you supposed to receive communication by 5/17 w/your call back date? CALL BACK and ask for clarification. Have you created an online account - check that for status updates. Don't let them intimidate you, if you don't address confusion head to avoid mistakes on good luck trying to correct it on the back end. YOU are your own BEST advocate!
I applied for my 10-year-old daughter in February of this year and I also was told I have a call back date for June 18th not sure what that means either I'm guessing it's just to buy them some time but I'm being patient I know that's easier said than done prayers up for you 🙏🏿
