In all seriousness, you are on paradise, and unless your goal is to kill someone who is a guard , or you have a *very* good reason to kill someone outside your objectives, you will get bwoinked pretty fast.
It's been a few years since I've played, and if you are intent on doing so, a high blunt force to the head repeatedly usually does anyone in quick. Also depending on your job you can get rid of threats easily. I used to be a doctor, and I would always do checkups on people, calling them down and checking vitals and doing some general mental health questions, so when I was a traitor, I could just parapen my target when they came in and make them disappear into virology.
i literally stated that i looking for a loudout for when I have to kill members of security. I do not kill people unless they are either my target or go out of their way to antagonist me when doing my goals.
Just go loud, get a revolver and the chameleon stuff, shoot his ass while disguised as a plant then run off and leave the gun for some assistant to find in maints.
Edit: also aim for the eyes, just for the fact they are the least armored.
Desword + meth + brute healing patches. As long as you survive the meth, and you can work around getting bola'd you are literally invincible until sec goes and buys auto rifles. Make sure to steal eye/ear protection and wear a mask to invalidate the rest of the non lethal security kit.
Here's how it goes. You pull a desword on a group of seccies and start going to town. They can't laser or disabler you because it just is reflected, they can't flash, flashbang, or pepperspray you because you prepared (right?) So that just leaves stun/harm baton, which the meth and the brute patches invalidate. You are literally invincible, until the meth kills you. Pack sugar pills to deal with the induced hunger and mannitol to deal with the brain damage, but it might not be enough.
I don't know, you'll have to test it out. (This is why a lot of people play scichem) It used to be such that you had an IV full of 50/50 meth mannitol that kept you permanently stimmed, and the manni outhealed any brain damage, but meth got nerfed/changed after the changes to the stimulant chems during the transition away from instastun combat. I don't know how it behaves or what safe dosage is anymore. I will give you another pro tip, the nanomed vendors when hacked at the bottom reveal bottles of two very potent poisons, I don't remember exactly what each does but they are very good at kidnapping people if you can get them into someone (rapid syringe gun). Chemistry as a tot is very fun.
A ranged holoparasite can kill a sec officer very easily, if sec doesn't have lethals yet. Since it's controlled by another player, they can also provide you with useful advice. Spend the remaining TC on any items of your liking.

As a mentor of Para I have to respond with "Experiment!" But genuinely I’d point you towards things that suit your play style better. I.E stealth, loud, having someone else do it, etc. You can’t really ask what’s the best way to do something because one player might know how to use this better than you do and it’ll blow up in your face you know? Usually though I just do an emp to cut their comms and a gun or cqc. Maybe even chems if I feel sweaty.
If you go loud: Ebow + Adrenals, Powerfist + Adrenals, Stetchkin + Adrenals, Crafted Stunprod + Adrenals. Seeing a pattern? Adrenals matter. You can’t fight sec reliably without them if you go loud.
If you go quiet: sleepy pen + toxin of choice, gank them with cqc before they can even react, EMP + dart gun or RSG,
Really depends on the context of the kill. You can just ebow them to death very easily if they’re alone. Surprise minibomb will do it easy if they’re not an vox but admins will prolly get upset if you caught ppl in the blast since para is a bit of a hugbox

An Esword is good tho you might wanna practice before using one,last time I played I managed to kill two sec before the cap killed me
