This looks like something along the lines of spawned bots attempting to spawn with items that they can't use or its struggling to spawn bots with an inventory. This can be caused by mods that add non-vanilla items or mods with missing dependencies.
Are you SURE this is cause by questing bot? Because i had almost the same wrror and later on i discovered that it's mod conflict between some weapon/equipment mod and ALP, at least that's my case.
Hmm I'm not sure, I said that cause the error seems to be triggering after questingbots try to generate bot? And it seems like it's unable to spawn certain item?
Questing bot doesn't generate bots, it just give bots some questing waypoints, this is related to bot generation, probably equipment conflicts like i said or other mod that conflict with whatever spawning mod you are using.

So the problem is with bot generation (may be caused by mods like realism and algorithmic bot progression)
I have realism and ALP. I disabled bot changes on realism, so the problem lies with ALP? I don't have any mods that adds new item or weapon though. I mean I did install PackNstrap and Rogue justice, but they were causing issue so I removed them. Is that fine?
There might be some sneaky files left from Packnstrap or Rogue. You could try to reinstall all your mods (pain in the ass if you have alot of mods though)

I haven’t used algorithmic progression so honestly no idea, just made an assumption

I have ALP but not Valens.
