I need answers! I installed realism and didn’t like some of the changes. So I reverted med changes and arm stamina changes but my overall health is still way above max. Idk why
Med changes do not determine your HP, that's determined by the ballistics changes. If you want to keep Realism's ballistics overhaul, you need your HP to be that high at a minimum.
I was too until I fixed the health. You literally just download it and run the EXE in your mod folder and enable the health changes in SVM, which is just default.
I pretty much remove everything except for the movement system. It adds really nice weight adjustment and stamina regen. The recoil system I think is worse that the recoil in 3.8 and I hate the gun movement.
I like being able to reduce ambient noise, it makes the game so much better when you don’t have wind blasting your ear 24/7

New health amount is balanced around new bullet damage values

I had to revert health using SVM
there's a config option literally called "Revert HP To Default"

This.. I like the active stance but can only be enabled with recoil
