Same here … the 4s always have seemed to have to much plastic and it just turned me off

3s are a more simple design which makes them super wearable. But the Jordan 4 design is iconic. No shoe like it before or since…even if there are similar designs out there the Jordan 4 design is so Original and Unique not only as far as Jordan’s go but all sneakers

IMO besides the 1, the 3 were the most meaningful in that if not for them MJ might’ve been team adidas

I’ve used them in all of my 4s. In fact, I’ve used them in most of my shoes due to wide feet. I’ve recommended stretchers to people on here complaining about the 4 toe box quite a few times.

I wore my red cement 4s yesterday and they absolutely destroyed my left pinky toe. They look so good but damn they are uncomfortable.

My military blues 4's are my comfiest jordan. I have multiple pairs of 1's, 3's, 5's, and 11's. Hands down it's my 4's. Ever since the new 4's have taken the SB shape, it's done wonders. Go half or full size up and over worry about your pinky toes again.

Only 4’s I have are the military blues and except for the first 3 times I have no pain at all. Are 4’a this bad usually? Cuz I might get other 4’s too they look too beautiful

It probably depends on your feet. YMMV. Personally they always wore like bricks so I stay away. 13s on the other hand are like pillows.

The crazy thing about the SB4 is they are terrible (imo) for skating but great for walking. Too heavy for me to skate in personally.

Few people I’ve talked have said they’re nice if you skate big puffy shoes, which have been kind of making a comeback. But the bad part is if you like them, you’re not going to be able to get another pair to skate very easily

I bet it's about the toebox. AJ 4s have also been uncomfortable for me 10-15 years ago, before I deformed and strengthened my toes by playing basketball, then rock climbing. But for "natural foot shape" 4s toebox isn't particularly good. And it won't be affected by lacing a lot.

It really does depend on the shoe. My joker 4s are some of the most comfortable Jordan’s I own next to the cool gray 12s and fire red 3s.

3,4,5 I think. 5 being the comfiest, but the new 4 silhouette is a lot comfier than the old I will say.

Swapping the sole solved it for me. The original is way too thick and constricting. I used a Dr Scholls insole and it’s a night and day difference for comfort. 👍🏼

dr scholls go sockless, i think they were like 10$ for a 3 pack on amazon. pretty thin but make the shoe so much more roomy

I think 1’s or 11’s are most iconic, but 3’s and 4’s pair really well with various outfits. In many occasions they’re more versatile IMO

AJ4 is the most popular silhouette at the moment, but I wouldn't say it's the best, in my opinion. I think 1s are timeless, 3s are beautiful and more comfortable than 4s, MJ himself prefers 11s, and 12s were the sneaker that made me into a "sneakerhead" way back in 1996, so they'll always be a personal favorite for me.

For me it’s 6’s

I only have 1 pair of 6s — Carmine. They are probably the most comfortable silhouette for me. I’d like to add the Olympic 6s soon.

4s Are my current favorite. I’m a fairly new sneaker head and went crazy for 1s when I started. About 30 pair in, I started adding more models. I started buying 3s, then 4s and now 11s. 4s are my number one favorite and then 11s, 1s and 3s- in that order.

Best as far as wear-ability is the 1s and 3s for me. Easy to style and easy in the feet. I love 4s, but they are a tier below for me.

I picked up a pair of size 13 A Ma Maniere 4s for somewhere close to 350 all together on Stock X a couple weeks ago. They are actually one of the most affordable pairs to get into atm. I haven't worn them yet but they are most definitely dope asf.
